If you are looking for a professionally run, actually classical studio, this is it.
The teachers here are all 2nd and 3rd generation teachers, which means they were trained by Romana, Joe Pilates protege, or by a teacher who trained with her. The studio is large and features every piece of Equipment, the studio also offers the GYROTONIC Expansion System, the owner is a wonderful teacher.
My experience here is always wonderful, I look forward to training here every season.

I must say, Jessica is nothing short of an amazing teacher and mentor! Her passion and dedication shine through in every class, as she fearlessly challenges you beyond your comfort zone. The studio consistently exudes cleanliness and tranquility. If you're on the hunt for authentic classical Pilates, look no further – this is the ultimate destination.

I love how good and stretched Pilates makes you feel, and I leave every session at Pilates Space feeling better. The women here are so nice and patient (great teachers) with everyone at all levels; from beginners to complete advanced. It's authentic Pilates, the traditional way, and you really feel cared for and looked out for, here. Shelley is a gem, you're in good hands when you're with her (she knows how far too push you, not too far), and has an eagle eye for aligning you with how the position/move is supposed to be. She's a kind soul and open, and makes class feel deliberate and fun. Ashton is an angel, she is so patient and kind hearted, and pushes you without you really realizing it; by the end of several sessions it sneaks up on you how much stronger you've gotten since doing class with her. Everyone else - Amanda, the two Jessicas (who my mom has seen) are wonderful too. Gentle, caring, knowledgeable, and light. They are wonderful trainers, and honestly, you're fully supported with all of them. Pilates Space is very special, I am so thrilled and strengthened going here. Not to mention Pilates is so good for you and gently makes you stronger (and flexible!) Everyone can benefit from this, at all ages, across the board.

They work in a very classic Pilates way to correct your posture, and make you stronger, aligned in every part of your body, working your core, and putting everything in the “right place”. (:

I have had the pleasure to have Jessica H as my instructor, Ashton, Jessica G, and Amanda. They are very knowledgeable, perfectionist, attentive, and sweet. I really recommend it.

Trying pilates for the first time was very nerve wracking for me, I had the pleasure of working with Jessica G who is an amazing instructor. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. She was able to make me feel comfortable in a new environment. I am looking forward to my next session.

I have been taking private lessons for 10 years 3 times a week. Pilates Space is the only authentic Gratz equipped studio with classically trained instructors in Boca Raton. The instruction here is the same as Joseph Pilates taught. This is not make believe club pilates but the real deal! All of the instructors are excellent. I take lessons from almost everyone and always pick up pointers and new techniques from them. The studio is clean and the equipment is in excellent condition. Don't waste your time elsewhere at so called Pilates studios in Boca Raton. You will be using knock off machines and unserious teachers! I have investigated almost all of them.

My experience at Pilates Space Florida as a client as well as an apprentice has been fantastic. I started the program as a beginner with no prior classical pilates experience. The amazing team of instructors made me feel so welcome and comfortable as I was a complete novice. As far as the credibility of the teacher training program goes, I have been told by multiple people in the fitness industry that attending an 800-hour classical pilates training program is the best thing I could do for my pilates career. If you are looking for a teacher training program I would definitely recommend PSF! The best studio with amazing equipment, world-class trainers, and the most reasonable tuition.

I have been training at Pilates Space for about 6 months, I love the trainers, they are professional, kind and encouraging. I have been doing 1 on 1 private sessions but recently started taking a group class. The equipment is great, and the studio is clean and well maintained. I am really happy that I found Pilates Space Florida.

When I first went to Pilates Space of Florida a few months ago I enjoyed going, I even joined the teacher training program. After the first month of taking Pilates, the owner and staff members became very unfriendly and unwelcoming. (Two of the staff members, Shelly and Jessica G were nice, but the rest were extremely flat out mean and rude.) The teacher training program is not a good program and the owner, Kerstin makes you sign a contract and takes most of your money upfront and does nothing for you. She will not even train you and is in fact rarely in the studio. She makes you take privates with only two of her favorite coworkers. You don't even have a choice of who you want to train with and you are paying. I paid for my own private lessons (1,713.46), and paid for most of the teacher training program ($2,625) and got nothing out of the program. I nicely asked for half of the teacher training money back, which would have been fair. This did not happen. At the end of the teacher training program you will only be able to work at her studio. This is not an international certificate that you can work anywhere as I was mislead to believe. This teacher training program is a big scam and waste of time. Do your research before entering any program. The minute you leave the studio, the staff talks badly about the clients.
