Chantall is an Amazing Pilates instructor and she knows exactly what your body needs. Her mat class is always fun and challenging! I always feel more energized and connected to my body after working with her.

The next morning I felt AMAZING! A workout with Chantall is exactly what my body needed! I have lower back problems, and she immediately recognized this issue during her group Mat class. She was able to keep it challenging and fun for all levels in the class.
