The service has gone down since management has changed. The customer service is horrible. The staff is more engaged in one another, and the customers seem to be an inconvenience. Angie is the only kind employee and is always helpful and nice. This used to be my favorite place to go for my morning coffee and gas. I avoid it at best. The employees in the evening especially need some customer service training.
Im 65 years old. I don't need an ID for anything. Where has the brains in these people's heads gone. And another thing if you need an ID for me to drink in your bar. Get a life I'd much rather be drinking on my deck, at my house. No worries Truck stops of America, 1/4 mile away, never asked me for proof of identity, Ever!
DO NOT USE DEBIT CARD! WITHIN 5 MINUTES I RECEIVED A FRAUD ALERT! AT GAS PUMPS AND INSIDE, SKIMMERS IN PLACE.
Nice one, pumps are dirty, store is ok, showers are small, Arbys, small parking lot, next to walmart.

This pilot wasn't very clean. But I've sen worse. The restrooms were filthy when I was there. Then the fuel pumps kept telling me to see the attendant, even though the card company told me I had been approved.
The employee at the desk told me it was just that pump. So I moved and another pump did the same thing. I went elsewhere to buy fuel, where it didn't give me trouble.
Fuel islands are too close together. Not enough fuel islands.
Otherwise, staff was friendly.
Love this gas station! Easy to maneuver around, with plenty of gas pumps and entrances to the station. Usually more affordable than nearby gas stations, with clean bathrooms, and pleasant and efficient employees at checkout.
We wanted to take a shower.they were second in line, all the souls were free, no one washed them, I myself saw that the doors were open and no one was doing anything, since all the workers were busy. We were told to wait 20 minutes, after 20 minutes again 20 minutes and when we came for the third time we were again made to wait 20 minutes.it's outrageous.we left without taking a shower
Good gasoline prices but crowded pumps and poorly maintained pump services like windshield cleaners and paper towels and no gloves
Chaotic at the gas pumps, people leave their cars at the pumps go in and may return some 10 to 15 min later.
The employees keep this store clean and definitely are friendly here. The gas prices are always fair. I visit here at least twice per week.
