Really bad customer service, late delivery, lie too all customers, always have excuses every time you call them, never send anything with this company ….

This shipping company are garbage, lost a $4000 fire and won’t communicate or respond. Online tracking system is a joke. Ship nothing with these guys.

I call and tell them about my pickup, they say they will bring boxes. Guy shows up without boxes and acts as if im inconveniencing him. He's a lazy good for nothing hourly airhead. Don't tell me 3 hours before you're arriving with boxes and then you don't show up with any.

A lady answered the phone and couldn’t help me so she passed me over to Kelvin and he was very helpful by communicating effectively. He found my shipment then gave me the tracking number, trailer number and even the appointment confirmation number! Thank you very much Kelvin

I told the dispatcher that I got an email with a delivery coming in today between 12pm and 3pm. Since I was at my parents house 10 mins away, I asked if the driver would call me before he arrives, and the dispatcher stated yes he will call 30 mins before he shows up and guess what. I got a missed call that I saw just 5mins ago and a voicemail stating he's already in front of my door with the package (at 5: 17pm), no call at all before arrival. I called 10 times and keeps going to voicemail and the dispatcher was also not able to reach him. He came with no pre call, and left within 5 minutes.

Shipment 2 weeks late and it’s sitting at another “moving” company that won’t deliver package!

My scheduled drop off was for the afternoon.my camera picked up two guys at 0545 walking around the front of my house. I realized what was going on before I armed up to see what was going on.

Package was in good shape and technically it was delivered early without issue, so I can't complain.but a heads up that items valued over $1000 were going to be left out front in the early morning would be nice.

Uncommunicative, unprofessional, and unreliable. Second time waiting for an Amazon order to be delivered and it did not come. No heads-up whatsoever, no transparency, no accountability.

Avoid at all costs. Whatever deal you think you're getting is not worth it.

They came to pick up a package from my home, I was able to contact customer service with my concern they contacted the drivers and they followed all instructions.

This was the WORST furniture experience ever! I bought my husband a filing cabinet from Amazon and unfortunately they use 3rd party delivery and 3rd party assembly unless you pay $99 for their upgraded Amazon Assembly. Knowing my hubby would rather build it himself I opted for delivery only. But I’m fighting cancer so I specifically asked for delivery when my caregiver would be here. The freight company kept missing deadlines for delivery. Come to find out Pilot subcontracts out to Total Truck Transport and it was them who kept screwing up so I asked them to add assembly to make up for ALL the numerous missed deliveries and ALL the time waiting and waiting for nothing and ALL the undue stress and ALL the rude customer service, drivers schedulers and managers. I thought it was a blessing that they approved assembly as it would take something off my hubby’s full plate of him working FT and taking care of me FT, BUT it turned into more of a nightmare as the drivers/assemblers would NOT put masks on as I’m immune compromised so I had to stay in the bedroom! A common cold can kill me! My caregiver tried explaining to them but they BARELY knew ENGLISH! If you’re going to live and work here in the U. S. A. LEARN ENGLISH! I love learning languages but I shouldn’t have to learn Spanish to be able to communicate with someone in my house whom I’m helping to employ! As a customer I shouldn’t have to do anything that forces ME to go out of my way! As a business you should be going out of your way to EXCEED our expectations and give us the best experience possible or you’re going to lose customers which means you’ll have less money to pay your employees thus having to lay them off! So employer’s please teach your employees ENGLISH, RESPECT, MANNERS, KINDNESS, COMPASSION, ACCURACY, PROFESSIONALISM! Especially when it comes to actually assembling the product! Pilot needs to drop Total Truck immediately! It wasn’t just the masks, lack of English or manners but they DESTROYED the product they were building and ruined Christmas: 1) They put black grease marks on every piece of white wood that wouldn’t come out, wouldn’t help to clean it, and complained that they “were not hourly and needed to go” except the job wasn’t done and my caregiver tipped them $10 each prematurely before I had a chance to inspect it! Thankfully I did get to inspect it just before they were about to leave and refused to keep it because not only did the grease stain the white wood everywhere but there were tool marks and scratches on the metal handles AND there were dents and chips in the wood! I tried working it out with Total Truck but the manager was just as rude as the driver/assembler! These two freight companies ruined Christmas! I had nothing to give my hubby! I had to make report to Amazon because Pilot and/or Total Truck submitted that they delivered my product even though I refused delivery and they took it with them. I had NOTHING but GRIEF! Once that was rectified Amazon ordered me another cabinet but it was scheduled to arrive after Christmas and after 2 long hours chatting with a manager they did compensate me for the trouble by giving me assembly with the fancier assembly through Amazon Logistics which ended up going very smoothly. But Pilot and Total Truck were horrible. Out of the 20-30 phone calls back and forth over several weeks only 1 or 2 people were somewhat helpful. But not enough to give them 2 stars! Quite frankly if I could give 0 stars instead of 1 I would!

Although the website says 24/7/365 customer service do not believe it. I have contacted them seven times and gotten no response. I paid over $500 to get an item shipped from Dallas to Tampa. It was picked up December 14th but still sits at the Dallas airport according to tracking. ZERO RESPONSE OR CARE FOR CUSTOMER SINCE THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND TO ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION - PHONE, EMAIL OR ONLINE FORM FILLED OUT ON THEIR WEBSITE. They also have failed to respond to the company that sold me the item and arranged delivery.

Only took them 7 extra days and 4 phone calls to get them to pick up the box they incorrectly delivered. At least the customer service department was nice about it.

This company must be the worst to be. They do not care about customers; phone service is a waste of time! They do not answer the phone or emails.

Not sure Pilot has a concept of what customer service is. Clue: communication to the customer should be the first objective. Shoddy performance.

Original delivery of large boxes of furniture was scheduled for 12/9. Pilot called on Nov 30 to arrange a delivery date of 12/6. Said they only delivered to my area on Tuesdays and Fridays. No one showed and no one called. 12/7 Pilot ofc called and said delivery between 1pm-5pm on 12/8. The truck showed up at 9am. The woman delivering was rude when I was surprised to see them earlier than expected. Said if I wasn’t home she would have left it in the driveway. Asked if I wanted my furniture or not. Just very rude and unprofessional. She needs a job she likes.

No customer service. I cannot even give them 1 star. They have had my package for a month and everytime I schedule an appointment to go through it conveniently dosnt get put in their system. If you speak to a female customer service representative I highly suggest you ask for someone else as she was useless and did nothing. I am a very patient person but after a month of this I'm frankly irritated.

Meh, the delivery driver and logistics were awesome. I don't want to disparage these guys for Amazon's issues. They were great!

The carrier company Pilot using for delivery my TV package not represent the costumer service of Walmart. Walmart need change this company, is the worst management of product and service that never seen. They don't deliver on time, they don't take care of my package. They doesn't matter the costumer and item conditions. Not recommended. After, over week and half waiting for the TV package, they call me today to let me know the TV package is wet. Late and wet, bad service and waste my time.
