Pilot House Restaurant & Marina, Key Largo FL

Outside seating and nice marina views are positive For food - solid mains, lackluster sides, uneven service. Not sure if I'll go back with so many good options in the area.

I’ve never complained or believed in leaving bad reviews but I’ve never had such terrible service like this! While Visiting the keys, I heard this was a great place to go eat! When I arrived I was seated at a table crammed between others that were dining, I could barely pull my seat out to sit with out bumping the other person (so much for social distancing.) then me and my other half sat for 15 mins before the busser came and brought us water! He told us someone would be right with us! Sitting there starving I decided to just leave. No one was even concerned a bit. There was plenty of seats and plenty of servers and I’m very upset with the service I received!

The food was pretty good. The fried fish needed a little more flavor and but the blackened chicken was very tasty.

Great food, however, we ordered an appetizer but never got it once our meals came we canceled it. Dessert was awesome.

If you want the picturesque harbor views.this is the spot. Food was excellent, had the raw oysters, grouper fillet, and conch chowder.drank an islamorada and another one called bait. Service was excellent.

We had a nice time visiting The Pilot House. Although the day was steaming hot, we enjoyed sitting by the water and drinking our cold beers. The kids enjoyed their sodas and watching the fish swim nearby.

The glass-floor left us disappointed since it was set in a corner of the bar and the floor was very dark, so we were unable to see any type of movement below.

The menu served us good options but we ultimately chose to eat The Harvey sandwich (which was delicious), and the Baja tacos were good and very filling. The kids chose pizzas and fish fingers, and they left satisfied.

We will definitely give this restaurant another visit but maybe next time we’ll go in the evening, for a cooler experience.

Great place hidden off highway.service was great food was pretty good. Fish tacos were large and tasty. Just had couple of the local beers were very refreshing nice cold glass with them.

Awesome fish tacos, black bean burgers and fish sandwich! Most reasonable priced place we tried the entire week.

Great drinks and bartender Danny was very friendly and outgoing. I will definitely be back there to try out the food.

Amazing food, stunning landscape (especially the sunset), lots of fishes around and also has a glass bottom floor to see beneath and the fantastic marine life. The seafood here is delicious. I tried the Sea food pasta and it was amazing. Also tried the banana bread pudding and that was heavenly. Highly recommended, nice service, live music and pretty awesome ambience as well.

Food was good service was good and food came out quick didn't have to wait long.last time we were there you could feed fish from the bar and see fish through glass bottom floor.didn't look like they feed fish anymore.

This was our second visit to the Pilot House. I had the blackened Mahi tacos and my husband had blackened shrimp tacos. Our waitress recommended them and we were happy she did. Both were delicious! Nice amount of spice, but not too spicy. Highly recommend either. And for sure get a slice of their key lime pie!

We stop here EVERYTIME when we drive down to the Keys, and never a disappointment.
Good to see they were able to rebuild and save some of the glass flooring.
The staff and food are always top notch!

Great food and service. The glass bottom floor is by the bar and seats about 4 people. Not exactly what we expected.

Your ad states that you have a glass bottom tiki bar in which you only have 3 squares of it. The service was slow

Delicious food! Waiter even gave the kids some fish food to feed the fish from the outside seating area.

We were a group of 6,3 couples. Everyone had something different and each was amazing. Seafood pasta, coconut shrimp curry, fried shrimp, lobster Mac and cheese, fish tacos

Really great place to have a relaxing meal. The food was really good but the Key Lime Pie was excellent! The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very mellow.

The restrauant was nice and the food was good total False advertising though. We went to see the glass bottom bar. It covered 4 seats in the entire bar, and you couldn't see anything. If it wasn't for the false advertising, I would say it was a great place. It just set the expectations. Check it out for yourself. Food was good and so was the service.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Food, service, and the view! The glass bottom bar I couldn’t see, but once I asked about it they told us the last hurricane wiped it out. We had the filet tips, pan seared scallops, and lobster macaroni. Everything was amazing!
