This is a BIG NOTE OF KUDOS to Clarissa and two other women who work here. On Sep 24th, 2021 in the early afternoon I stopped here and inadvertently locked my keys and cell phone in my car. This is a very busy Pilot and I asked for help from the staff. During the afternoon these three women provided their cells/help and use of the Pilot cashier's phone over the counter to make phone calls. It was Friday afternoon and it was near impossible to get someone to come out to this location to open my car. With the help of these wonderful ladies, though they were swamped with customers, they each, in turn, helped me to finally find someone to come out. They could have just said they were too busy - but no! They enabled me to get help and let my wife know where I was. I do a lot of traveling, and Pilot Travel Center has just moved to First Place in my travel stop companies. I might also add that all the people here are so friendly with their customers. Kudos again to them and their management. And my personal thanks to them all. Employees like this make your business stand out.

In the bathroom there are two sinks, and both of them are when the faucets are opened, only very very hot water, and there is no warm or cold water at all.

So my husband and I have been die hard pilot & flying j fans in our travles everywhere. Here in the past 2 years, now some pilot stations at the pump is putting a 151.00 hold on your card to pump gas, which prompts fraud alert and Makes you go inside to see the cashier.

Delicious gas station hotdog. Now I know…”Sydney.why would you get a gas station hotdog when there’s a subway? !? ! ” I asked myself the same question. However it was delicious. I put all the fixings on it. A man also paid for my hotdog! It was bussin

Why is it so difficult to have showers cleaned? Literally 2nd time stopping at this location and somehow there’s no showers available. If you too lazy to do your job maybe find another place to work

The definition of laziness works here! There is never a clean shower available. Avoid coming to this garbage and poor Pilot. -1

Very clean and very curtious staff all were very friendly I got greeted as soon as I came threw the door all 4times the fuel island was getting kinda full on trash they were very quick to fix angela in the subway.love her! That women really needs a raise she loves her job and was very accommodating to my strict diet keep it up guys your doing great.annnd bathrooms are spick and span product avalibility was alittle bit of a problem coolers were a mess not faced other than that great job guys

Store is as usual for a pilot. Parking is just that, parking. Here is what you get for the "Premium" Wi-Fi at this pilot. If you charge for it you should make sure it is operational.

Parking lot has overflowing trash cans.filth allover the parking lot.cant walk around due to filthy conditions health department needs to check this place out

Pretty tight to get in and out of the gas pumps w/ a travel trailer. Very busy and nowhere, even in back with the trucks, to park and grab a bite to eat w/o being in the way. Parked the RV behind McD across the street to eat, way more room.

To small.tight parking. I reserved a shower on my application when i got my shower it happens that another driver got the same shower and he got it before me so they wanted me to wait again after i waited 1 hour already.

Inside may not be too bad and employees may be nice but this place is jammed packed all the time. If you reserve parking be prepared to blind side angle park in a tight area. They say no dropped trailers but there were 4 when I was there, and there was no parking at all. Obviously they can only do what they can with the space they have, they need to find a way to either greatly expand this location or find another suitable area close by and build a much bigger place.

The wait for a shower is horribly wrong. The guy walks around looking high not doing a thing when showers are empty and need cleaning

Had to deal with a guy that wouldn't move his truck out of my reserved spot so they shut down a fuel isle and let me sleep there and then had him towed. Maggie handled it very well. Store #87 Baldwin, FL.
