VERY IRRESPONSIBLE! Informed the manager to parked my trailer and got stolen. Apparently, the owners refused to update the security system and ALOT of semi and trailers were been stolen in this particular area according to the cops ive spoke with. I bet the owners are accomplice with this operation. PARK HERE IF YOU WANT S**T STOLEN!

The most I can say people without empathy taking advantage of the needs of others they don't care about anything they towed my trailer just for leaving it an hour to go to walmart first and last time

In attentive employees. I was the only one waiting for a shower, for over 1 hour. I stop at a lot of pilots and this one has always been a dump. Asking any questions is like pulling teeth. I got so fed up with waiting for a shower I left

So I just went in this place about a week ago and pump $1,400 of diesel, I went and parked my truck in a free spot and as I was coming in the Gas station I saw the sign that said your truck will be towed if left unattended, I used to deal only with Pilot gas stations untill this happen, this is the only pilot I have ever seen that does this, I went inside and asked the clerk if I could go and stay in a motel that it was two minutes away because I do not like doing my reset inside my truck since its exsyremely hot this summer and she stated that if I left my truck unattended even though that I was in a free spot my truck will be towed. Since this incident I switch to Love's gas stations I could not believe that a pilot would do this to its main source of income which is us drivers never again will I come to this place or do business with pilot again. I really hope someone looks at this place amd realize how wrong this is to do this to us.

It is no joke. If ur not in ur truck they will tow it. If not parked in a parking spot. U WILL be towed.

My trailer was towed even though I had my 8 day paid receipts in the game box.

THEY TOWED FIRST AND DIDN'T ASK QUESTIONS LATER.

THEY WAIVED THE TOW FEE BUT DIDN'T REFUND ME FOR THE 8 DAYS WORTH OF PAID PARKING.

It is a very dirty looking pilot seems like there staff it's actually doing what their supposed to be doing other than being on their phones and joking around also seems like a very sketchy place to park at

It's like the food there is not fresh. The Salads are very sad. Subways there is not fresh. I got an upset stomach twice. But the last time I was there. The woman working night shift said showers are not available at the moment because she was alone. Go to Loves and take a look at Employees there by themselves taking care of everything without any problems. Lazy. She was stacking little snacks instead of getting 1 or 2 showers ready. Well. No shower when Truckers really need one huh? I am not stopping by this so called Pilot. Loves is where you will see me. 10-4

Description says overnight parking but I was just told to leave because of "camping"? Apparently the time limit is 30 minutes, which is it?

Parking for trucks don't bother, showers were decent we had to "bother" the night kid to clean them to use them, morning time the girl behind the counter seemed bothered I wanted to use my points card and then find out no points anyway and she threw receipt out faster than I could ask for it,

Nice showers, friendly staff but the parking is horrendous! Now parking on the street is a no no, I get it, but what if any are the plans for a bigger, modern truck stop in southwest Florida?

This place is a dump the manager is an A hole they are rude to the drivers all staff should be fired

Pilot towed my truck and trailer in a free parking spot. No signs says you have to be in the truck another to park in a free parking spot.
