Pilot Travel Center, Jacksonville FL

Right off I-10 in Baldwin. Centrally located easily accessible. Passed up Arby's but great option. Simply served as a resting spot driving from lake city to jax. No complaints everything was perfectly fine except a tad bit nippy for Florida. I'm from Ohio though. Yes I know they got smashed by Alabama. We are the champions is not being sung by O state from a musician perspective. Classic rock. Rock on.

I attended to purchase gasoline at pump. Pilot tried to pre-authorize $150.00 on my credit card. Credit card company refused. You have to prepay for gas. Gave $100.00 bill (to get pump cut on), after fueling refuse to put fuel on my ATM card or take smaller bills.
This is outrageous pre-authorizing $150.00 on fuel for an automobile.

The inside is clean. The PJ Fresh delli is great quality. Unfortunately I have to take 2 stars because of the unbelievably rude young lady working the Auntie Anne's.

Arbys personnel that work in the pilot travel center between two and three o clock have no customer service skill. Be more welcoming toward the customer not if the customer is bothering you when asking for service.

Traffic pattern for SEMI trucks entering and exiting on that busy road, you will either cause an accident or wreck on that awkward fuel pump zigzag, or waste time if you are in a hurry! Worst location possible.just drive another few miles and exit!

Just stopped for gas. It was busy but we did not have to wait. The store looked clean and the staff was cordial.

Dining central if you don't feel up to cooking they have something for everyone and desert too. Among other things. Arby's is good here. Fast service food is always fresh. The pizza and burgers are awesome and the desert place is out of this world.

Extremely clean. Well taken care of. Only complaint is that with the amount of truck traffic they should expand parking here.

Surprised with condition of rest room. Only one stall working, no toilet paper but a roll a paper towels. Maybe that's why the other is out if service. Was going to purchase snacks but didn't

I go here often since it's on the way to my job. The Arby's is always good and I can get cheaper options for lunch at work. It's a nice place to have so close to work.

Giant gas station with all kinds of unexpected road trip gear. From phone chargers to CB radio's and radar detectors. Plus all the safety and emergency gear you might need in a pinch. Also pizza, Arby's and a Pastry counter. Lots of pleasantly unexpected stuff if your used to little local gas stations. This is more like a trucker rest stop, they even have showers.

The establishment was very clean and tidy. They have a good variety of snacks and drinks. They also have several fast food options available. I will definitely stop here whenever I am close by. The prices were not too bad either.

Very rude employees and they always have bad additudes. I love every Pilot I have visited but this one.

I was waiting 2 hours for them to clean those bathrooms so I could bathe, and it did not happen then I had to use one of the bathrooms without cleaning

Too small, 2 o'clock and not even 1 parking spot, not even in the reserve. Took me 20ins to get out of the place because a truck was parked in front of scale and couldn't get out.

Disgusting.a medical emergency and I can't drop my trailer without being towed.gonna take my money and business elsewhere!

The card readers at the gas pumps never work. It has happened to me too many times. I will never stop here again.

Not enough bobtail parking. They're everywhere taking up full spaces that a tractor trailer could be parked in. Parking needs to seriously be rethought.

This Gas station is good they have a little bit of everything chargers, food, chips, candy, cokes, beer, ect.the employee were great they greet you when you walk in the door and say good bye nice place to stop.

Clean shower. Nice store. Good Coffee. NO PARKING. 1/3 of parking is reserved only. This store truly needs a lot for just bobtail parking.
