Pin Chasers reviews
15Don’t be fooled when it says unlimited pizza. It is very limited. In fact, it took three hours to receive 1 pizza when I paid for unlimited pizza.
The absolute worst managed bowling alley I have ever been to. Took 35 minutes to check in. Over an hour waiting for a server to come over, k my to find out there’s 1 person for 50 lanes. The manager basically said “Sorry nothing I can do”. Can’t order from the bar or grill. It’s a complete nightmare here. So many better options.
It was fun! Kind of rundown and could use some refurbishing. Larry needs some Customer Service lessons too! Guy was brutal! Had a fun time though and affordable!
They didn't allow food orders to be taken at the cafe. Instead orders had to be taken by the server from the aisle. I waited an hour for my food and finally went to check on it, it was sitting out ice cold. Thankfully they didn't give me a hard time about a refund.
My wife and I go on Wednesday all lanes are 12.00 for the entire night.
Plenty of bowling games to choose from on the computer screen.
We play angry birds
We had a blast! Reasonable pricing, awesome customer service and staff members (very helpful and extremely nice). Very clean facility. We'll be back!
Went on a Saturday night. Was crowded, but still easy to get into and still had open lanes. Friendly waitress and clean facility
The price was good, my kids had a great time and the bathrooms were decent. Waiter never came by for an order so that's why I took one star.
Super clean, and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, you aren’t allowed to order drinks directly from the bar so your a bit at the mercy of the sever getting to you on a busy night. But overall, very well run-Will be back!
Arcade, pool hall, bowling alley. It's a great place to go with the family. The food was good. The service was great also. The happy hour special is great (one dollar beers, hotdogs and sodas). We enjoyed it a lot and totally recommend pin chasers for an awesome time. We will definitely be back.
We had our daughter's baby shower at Pin Chasers. All the women in the Party Room and the guys went bowling with the kids we had a We all had wonderful and beautiful day
Bella was awesome only reason for the four stars but i kept having to wait for multiple things at first it was fine but once i had to wait for my game card and to see the manager stop and have a convo in the middle of helping me was a little disappointing.
Lanes are awesome, the music is amazing the front desk host was nice but the service was horrible. Was here with 7 friends and I understand the place being busy but this was not the case. To start off the server forgot the card machine at the bar and took my card back and was gone for about 8 minutes which I thought was weird. The food was cold when it came to the table and after we said something we didn’t see the server anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
I was taking some friends out to bowl on their last night in tampa. I heard good things about this place but I dont think I'll take them or any other person from out of town here! We came during the last hour for one game and the man who was taking out the trash did let us know that we had about an hour left before closing. We informed him we just wanted one game and that there was still a bunch of people inside and I mean a whole parking lot full. Well the man just cursed at us and shooed us away before we could get inside and start our game. This was very rude and unprofessional and I will advise people to go to their competitors instead of this place if that's the way their employees treat customers who were willing to pay money!
I love the bowling alley, but the people who work here are always rude, including the manager. It takes forever to get service and food/drinks once we can flag someone down, the bathrooms are usually dirty, and it seems like such a bother to ask for anything like a kiddie ramp, or for them to fix a broken lane they put us on. Tonight was just brilliant, I won over 1000 tickets on a game and they didn't load to my card, when we informed the tendant, he asked how many tickets and when we told him he scoffed at us and said "yeah, right! " like we were trying to con him for tickets. He then said "well you're just going to have to wait because I have to tend to a ball return" the left for a bit. We checked our card at the kiosk and it turned out we didn't receive tickets for multiple ticket games, but didn't feel like being mistreated in such a way, so we dropped it and decided not to go back to this location. Veterans is way better, and cleaner. He even brought the manager over to treat us the same way. Their games are broken, and most of them were turned off, but it was completely unfathomable to these guys that we didn't receive tickets from their broken machines. It's almost as if they were being prejudiced and wrongly applying stereotypes. The manager doesn't appear to be too happy with the crowd that attends his alley.
