The lady that runs it is very rude will never go back! I couldn’t imagine running a business with an attitude like hers!

They’re so horrible.they telling you come all the time to check the pool water to become Crystal Clear water. So they telling you to buy different chemicals. We’ve been following what they told us but our pool is still green. We go to store and telling them it’s still green and they said the same thing.keep coming to store. I bought the self vacuum as well to them but the vacuum didn’t work for our pool, and they don’t refund us. They’re like scam. Looks like they’re not Pinch a penny.they’re like pinch a hundreds of dollars. Never recommend this store.

I ordered poolheater from cass circle pinch a penny. I asked the price. Owner said that the quoted price included installation except for electrical hook up that it would be extra 25 dollars. I hooked up the electrical. After installer finished piping heater he said I owed him 100 dollars. He said this misunderstanding happens alot. If you go to this store get any quotes in writing so she cannot lie to you!

Been their few times this year with issues on my 22ft intex pool and ED was so friendly pleasant and not trying to get me to buy chemicals i didnt need this is the store when you enter the staff is so friendly and helpful and makes going their fun

Great place, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They're always there to help. Everytime I come in to refill my chlorine jugs someone carries it out to my car for me. I highly recommend this store for pool and spa needs.

I had a problem with a broken jet in my pool.
The very helpful staff directed me to another business to get the needed part. I always feel like they do there very best to serve me.

Owners are very knowledgeable and friendly. The store may be a little more expensive than other chains, but they always have the chemicals or parts that you need in stock. They will take as much time as you need to fully understand to make things right for your pool.

They are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond for their clients. I will always be a faithful customer. There is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else. They treat you like family.

Always buy my chlorine at Pinch a penny. Our old store would replace our jugs if they got too old and sun cracked. This one sends me out the door with it leaking. Says they will “sell” me another jug. After coming here for years. I think it’s time to find another place with better customer service. Disappointed to say the least.

It's a great place if you don't care about price which is a bit High but they're very convenient and very helpful

Always great service and good products. The prices are a little higher but worth it. If there was a 4.5 star option I would pick that but I will bump it to 5
