I was really unhappy with the company cleaning my pool, i would do everything to the pool except for chemicals, went to see james he walked me thru it, now i go take my water sample, they give me my chemicals on my way in 5 minutes, highly recommend this store.

I broke my pressure gauge on my jandy filter today and sure enough they had the part in stock and it was reasonably priced. This location is always well staffed, great selection, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. My go to store for all my pool needs. Thank you.

My wife first contacted them many years ago when there was a pool issue and I was out of town. The business is a family one that has been there for years and he (the father) was great. So much so that I have continued to patronize this local store for many years now. Totally honest why go elsewhere?

I have been to all pool supply locations in my area which are about five. This is the only pool supply store that I could say they are not out to sell you something you don't need. I have tested my pool water every time before going there and they have the same reading. Sometimes it could be a little off but its normal. All the other pool supplies including other pinch a penny are always off by a lot. Leads me to believe they are just out to sell you products. All the staff I mean all the staff are great people. You always feel welcome. I've had issues with stains in my pool and Manager James has gone far and beyond my expectations helping me to finding what was causing it and how to remove the stains. I'm not the type to right reviews but when is well deserved I do. All I could say if you need a pool supply store that's not out to take your money go to this pinch a penny. Believe me you wont regret it even if you have to drive a little more. Thank you very much because today is very hard to find honest people.

Family owned and above and beyond the absolute best customer service and friendly help offered to home owners whom manage their own pool. I know when I bought my first home the pool plumbing was a mess and a couple quick photos and they walked me through how to reconfigure it. Now on my current home I am going to upgrade to a Sand Filter and it’s the same deal, super helpful, tons of info and never once, not a single time in 6 years of going in here did anyone ever try to sell me on anything I didn’t absolutely need. I trust that I will always be given the best advice possible every time I walk through the door. I am grateful to them!

CALLED THIS STORE TODAY SPOKE W JAMES ASKED FOR VAC. PART HE ADVISED HE COULD HAVE IT IN 2 DAYS B4 I COULD RESPOND HE ASKED ME IF I WANTED I COULD GET HIS DISPLAY. WHO DOES THIS WOW GREAT CUST SERVICE! SUPER IMPRESSED GLAD I DIDNT GO WITH AMAZON!
