6 After having a fair share of issues at the Bonita Beach Rd.location, it was refreshing to do business with this location. Scott and Alex were helpful and provided great insight/advice to address my pool issues.

We have been regular customers of this Pinch A Penny since moving to this area in 2016 and have never had a problem. They often carry a great selection of pool floats, toys and accessories and often know right offhand the answers to all our questions. Both Mike and Declan (hope I spelled his name correctly; if not, my sincere apologies) have always been very friendly and helpful to both my boyfriend and myself. For nearly a year we were having our pool serviced by a local company that would show up, check off the card showing they had completed all the work (while never actually doing so) and then bill us monthly for a pool that never seemed clean. We were forced to ask ourselves, "why not just maintain the pool on our own? " The guys at Pinch A Penny have been our friendly go-to people since then and have never failed us. We have ordered everything from parts to filters and vacuums and, in turn, have received exemplary customer service. I noticed the numerous negative reviews but honestly, these guys are great to talk to and are very knowledgeable. Thanks for all your help, gentlemen, and your sense of humor, too. - Carol & Bill
This place needs a total overhaul! No return calls from the manager, if he ever gets the message, service is crazy, watch the girl cleaning the pool several times, says she does all the stuff on the card yet doesnt do it, have yet to see her brush the sides of the pool, timed her, total of 8 minutes of maint. TERRIBLE!
