Always helpful, and knowledgeable, takes time with you to make sure you understand the chemicals you are purchasing.

As a first-time spa owner I have lots of questions. I’ve made several visits and each time the staff was very helpful. They are more than willing to explain what to do. I’ve also been there on Saturday when the store was packed with customers, but there was plenty of staff to help everyone quickly and without feeling rushed. This will be my go-to spa store.

Great Service, Great Atmosphere. Great people. I come here for all my pool supplies. No one has ever tried to sell me anything I didn't need or want. I love the free pool water tests. It really makes keeping your pool at the right levels and clean easy. It really does. I've used a few other pool places in the past, but have found this Pinch a Penny is really the best store to get anything pool related.

Great staff. Came in to fix my pool cleaner and replace the wheels. The guys here were super helpful. Even helped after walking in minutes before closing, Greatly appreciated! Super knowledgeable manager also. Wasn't sure they would be able to fix my pool cleaner, due to it being out of date. But the manager came up with a creative solution on the spot. Very impressed with his expertise. Thanks again, and God bless!

These folks have been awesome from the retail store side to the service side. Every time i go into the store for an obscure part they always know exactly what im looking for and more times than not have it already in stock. They give great advice too.

I had been using a popular local pool company for service and they had done really subpar work. I used pinch a penny to install a pool pump and now they just installed the pool heater and both work was flawless. The installer even washed down my pool deck after he got some mud on it. Thats nice service and caring service.

Spent thousands on all new pool equipment and it is not operating properly. Called them the next morning and advised them. Didn't hear a word from them. Called the next afternoon and they advised they are busy and will get to it in 3 days. They got my money is all that counts I guess.

Do not use for monthly pool services. I only had them for a short time and they never vaccuum the pool. My chemicals are always out of whack and water not clear. I've had to call them to come back several times to get them to actually clean my pool and do the proper chemicals!

Had to go to the north store for a filter so it was called ahead and saved along with the rest of our order. We always use pinch a penny!

I have been going here for over 15 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Always friendly and very knowledgeable. The pool service side is fantastic as well.

I hope the owner of this store knows that there is a guy working for him who is giving his store a bad reputation. He advertises his side pool cleaning service to clients, giving out his cell number. He told me not to pay for the Pinch A Penny pool cleaning service, and just to pay him instead. Just an FYI.
