Great services and open line of communication. I hope I’m not airing her out, but Ms. Tammy is always clutch and extremely helpful!

This pinch a penny is my go to shop for everything pool related. As a small business owner they have helped me tremendously manage my company and client issues. Whenever a pool pump issue occurs this is the first place I go to for parts. Donald is always extremly helpful and friendly and even took the time to help me install a part for one of my pools I manage, attached are the pictures. Would highly recommend this pool shop for whatever you need. Thank you again team at pinch a penny clermont, highly friendly and helpful!

Loved this shop and they've helped me a lot for several years now. My wife is high risk however, and the last few times I visited, no one was wearing masks.

For that reason I will be taking my business elsewhere. I believe in supporting small business, and I will continue to do that at a business that has a mask policy.

Once this is all past us, I will be back.

Well they don't take responsibility for there actions they messed up and now I call and don't return calls or nothing. My pool is green and they refuse to do anything about. All I do is call and get told that somebody will call me and nothing. Next stop news crew and lawyer.

Poor service, asked them to clean certain parts of the pool filter over a month ago and it was never done. Pool is consistently green with brown spots at the bottom. We gave them a chance for over a year in hopes that things would improve, but unfortunately we had to cancel our service and go with another company at this point.

I would like to thank the staff at the store located at 17445 us 192 in Clermont Florida for the excellent service they provide and especially to Frank their technician who went above and beyond to fix an issue with our pool pump. We are Canadians who are getting ready to go back to Canada due to the virus situation and Frank on his day off went and solved the issue allowing us to return home not having to worry about our pool system.

If anyone asks, I always recommend our local Pinch A Penny store to have as their pool service provider

I walked out of there with a big smile on my face. It took them less than five minutes to install my new pressure gauge on my filter (without me having to ask) and explained everything. Very knowledgeable, friendly and fast service. This is my new pool store (bye bye Crystal pool)

THE WORST COMPANY I WORKED WITH BEWARE. THEY DAMAGED MY POOL AND BLAME EVERYTHING ON OTHER THINGS WHICH IT WAS ALL A LIE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER!

Requested for a pool cleaning using their portable pool vacuum. Scheduled for cleaning after agreeing the service would include a pool cleaning using their equipment (to avoid debris clogging our pipes / system).

Really puzzled as to why the two fellas who showed up didn’t know how to operate a variable speed pump and then used MY system to clean the pool. Which was the ENTIRE problem I was trying to avoid.

Ugh.

Great folks, great staff. It’s always a pleasure going to this location. They also figured out what was wrong with my pool! Had an issue where other pool people mentioned I had to redo the pipes. They diagnosed it quick and led me to the right resolution.

Great place to visit. Pricier than Walmart but more helpful than Walmart. If you not sure what you're doing with your pool, this is the place to go. If you know what you're doing with your pool, get your stuff at Walmart.

Patiently and graciously explained pool cleaning to me, explained multiple products so I could decide and choose, gave free water testing with a print out of results and offered free help by phone

Knowldgeable, professional staff who will drop anything to help customers. They even gave my daughter an inflatable beach ball when I brought her to the store with me. Personalized and quality service. Highly recommend.

All your pool needs at a fair price. The entire Pinch a Penny franchise is a great place to buy pool supplies.

Service conducted by the technician was excellent. However, was given BAD information from the owner the day prior to technician coming out resulting in $500 worth of extra work. Called the owner back and he denied giving me the information. I loved the work Erica did and would use her again, but will NEVER work with this store as you cannot trust the owner!

Most of the staff is good and really helpful but the chubby guy always wanting you to buy things you do not really need. Makes for a very uncomfortable shopping experience.

Outstanding Staff, and ownership! Have been using this store for several years and has always met or exceeded our expectations! Very professional and again very willing to explain or answer any and all questions! The only problem is not being able to give them a 10 star rating.

Went in for a new pump, they downsold me just a new motor. Saved me $200! Very helpful getting new seals installed.
