FINALLY fired my pool guy the pool was always green when I wanted to get in and I took my water to be tested for FREEEEE:) the ladies in the store helped me get my pool crystal clear again and I see them weekly now they tell me what I need to add and I am doing it all on my own well with the help of the ladies in the store of course I will never use another pool supply store other than this location they "help me maintain my pool and not feed it" as they call it ha ha great staff very friendly and helpful with educating me on my own pool and chemicals needed for a clear pool.

The store is very clean and the staff is on top of their game.the owner finally got good staff when they didn't have the part I needed Dawn made sure to order it and even got a call as soon as it came in very prompt and got a call back as promised WAY TO GO I would recommend this store to everyone. Thanks for all your help till next time!

There’s a lot of pool companies out there but there is no one like jim Floyd. This guy far supersedes any type of customer service I have seen down here in Florida in 4 years. The guy is unreal highly recommend

Very affordable pool and spa chemicals as well as many pool floats and accessories. They have pool service and a repair technician that is great at his job. They offer free water testing of your pool/spa water to help you balance your pool/spas chemicals - keeping them clean and clear. The owner is very easy to talk to and is willing to help you with any problems you are having with your equipment.

It has been almost 3 months now and i am still waiting for my receipt. Luke said he would get me 1 two weeks ago. I have no warranty cards for the NEW FILTER AND new pump i purchased from them. Please use another company NOT THIS ONE

I purchased a Hayward aquanaut 450 a few months ago The store owner said they would handle the rebate and warranty paperwork. I have waited patiently for the rebate. I went to the store to inquire on two separate occasions. The manager said he would look into and call me back. I never got that phone call. PBS42CST is the model number. Please resolve this issue.
