Great service and friendly people. Vachon really helped me out when my filter motor weren’t working properly.

I don't write reviews often, but this is well deserved. I came in today and was helped out by Desiree and Chelsea. I had problems with my pool and pump. They gave me some ideal solutions. I came home, put the their recommendations to the test and saw immediate results. Great service and even better knowledge!

I have to say that the staff at pinch a penny is amazing. I happened to be walking my dog when an employee was servicing another pool. I waited patiently for about 7-8 minutes and began asking a few questions of Sarah. She was so helpful and explained the process and services provided. Having had a bad experience in the past with another company, I was quite pleased with her knowledge and willingness to take the time to speak with me. She actually explained the parameters and number levels that are used to determine what is needed chemically for the pool. She gave me a sticker with the company name and number. I’m definitely going to call for service.

Super knowledgable staff! I have no idea why my pool does what it does half the time, but anytime a problem comes up, Pinch-a-Penny helps me out with free water testing and guidance with chemicals. Thank goodness Desiree, along with every single member of the team is patient, customer oriented, and well-versed in pool care!
