Just went to get an O ring for my chlorinator. They tried charging me a "discounted" price of $42! $42 FOR JUST AN O RING! Then wonder why people don't buy locally. 8 O rings can be bought online and to my door for $10 from the gray truck guys! Research people and don't pay some insane price at a pool store!

They taught us how to take care of our pool and always helpful.

Great service dept. I want to thank Keaton, Sam and John for working so diligently on repairing my MX6 pool sweep. Unfortunately it was purchased from another store and did not work from date of purchase. And not being happy with the service I received from the other store the mfg.company suggested I use this service dept. Could not be happier with this choice and will continue my business with this store. Thanks again.

They always have the parts and chemicals need to keep you swimming all year long in your own backyard oasis. The staff is always attentive and friendly to assist you with your pool or spa needs to let enjoy your time in the water.
They will test your pool samples for free and advise you on what is recommended for your pool to stay or just correct the PH levels to have crystal clear water.
Also they have plenty of cleaning agents, filters and fun water toys such as inflatable floats. Check your monthly flyers for seasonal sales.

We are new to the pool lifestyle and really don't know much but the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I really don't know what I am doing and they explain everything to me without making me feel inferior. Whether you are new or experienced, Pinch A Penny is the place to go.

Well staffed and helpful — and I do feel like the pool biz is due for some serious innovation. Chemical prices are painful everywhere.

Hadn't been there for ages. Decided that I needed liquid chlorine for the pool.
Well walked into the place and there's a staff member with a cart in his hand to load the empty containers. I was amazed! Way ahead of the curve!
