Had enough drama with these people.fired them yesterday for poor customer service and genuine lack of concern for their good customers. If you get your pool serviced weekly check your security cameras. They did, a "stop, drop and roll" and claimed they did a full service. Busted! Tested my pool twice in last 4 weeks and twice my pool has been completely out of chlorine.now algae spots on the bottom. Their too big to care about quality and if integrity means anything a little honesty goes a long way.

This place has the very best customer service I've ever experienced ANYPLACE! Way back in 11/2014 we bought an expensive all aluminum powder coated/baked lanai table and chairs from the store owners then. About a year ago it started to have some paint issues. I asked about touch up paint and one of the current owners advised me that it was guaranteed for 10 years and after some contact with the producer, I received a brand new set! Recently I replaced my old noisy pool pump with a new variable speed unit. One month after installation, it was running but not sucking water. I called the office at 4: 20 on the Friday before Memorial Day and in 20 minutes there was the installer at my home. The problem was a connector had cracked so it was sucking air. He didn't have the needed parts with him so promised to return Monday (Memorial Day) and was here early in the day and did the repair. I go in about every two weeks to have my water tested and am always greeted in a friendly manner and taken care of ASAP. Always good advice on what to do or what I need and never any high pressure. Doug has done all my installations and top notch.

What a great fun place! This store is so much more than just a pool/patio/spa store, it's more like a destination! You actually feel like you're on vacation upon entering this store! There's a great fun floor that makes you feel like you're wading into a pool! So calming and relaxing) There are items in this store that came as a surprise to me. In addition to what you'd expect, such as pool chemicals and supplies, there are pool toys, rafts, floats, super cool in-water furniture, (including a furniture line from a company in Minnesota, called Tenjam), there are outdoor clocks, metal artwork, patio furniture, grills and literally every conceivable bit of festive plastic ware to really get your party started! Oh, and did I mention the employees? Such super-nice people. So ready to help with your selections and to offer advice. It's so obvious that this store is a well-cared for place. The employees are happy and helpful and why wouldn't they be, working in such a cool and fun environment! The owner, Kristin, is a thoughtful and caring person. She, and her employee, Eric, followed up with me immediately after my visit to see if I had any questions or if they could help further. Now, that's service that you just don't get everywhere! All I can say is, go, have fun and be amazed at all the great items you'll find for your outdoor spaces.
