After an initial discrepancy on the arrival and date time for the service call, the guys at Pinch a penny rose to the occasion and provided excellent service and came through like they usually do….
It’s awesome to have good dependable service for the pool a phone call away.

The worst and unprofessional company to deal with. Do not use these people if you want a timely, responsible company to deal with. Sadly they are the warranty people for Pentair and getting them to follow through especially their warranty contact person is pointless. Do yourself a favor and find a different provider.

Bryan was awesome! Arrived on time, completed the job in under an hour, and made sure I had the pump working on my phone before leaving.

Had an issue with my Pentair pool chlorinator. Bryan came, evaluated the problem and installed a new one easily. Pinch A Penny is great in my book.

Our filter wasn’t cleaned for months (admittedly by the pool tech) and a service charge was voided due to maintenance negligence. Because of the filter not being cleaned, the water circulation was poor, allowing phosphates to build up, so an additional $150 phosphate treatment was recommended…really? They also accused us weekly of “turning off” our pump…huh? We’ve had a couple of pool service providers over the years, and this year we’ve had a green pool all year-and it was all the fault of our family. Very displeased.
I manage and operate a locally owned franchise, providing quality and great customer satisfaction is the highest priority; I would be out of a job if I provided this kind of service. Very disappointed indeed.

Bryan Mozine did a great job installing a new chlorinator for us. He was professional and efficient. Not cheap but happy we called.

Brian was prompt, courteous, and highly competent. He diagnosed the problem and made the repair. No effort to “sell” something unnecessary. He checked all of our equipment and recommended replacing the filter cartridge. Completely satisfied and highly recommend.

Bryan was courteous, and took the time to explain what he was doing. Excellent and speedy resolution to our issue.

Bryan at #008 is great. Very friendly and explained the issues we were having without pushing any services.

Brian got the part for the heater in 1 week and had it installed the next day. Keep in mind our heater is not a line that pinch a penny sells. Thanks guys.great job! Palm Place condos.
