Rich is very knowledgeable and friendly. He can answer questions on the spot and offer solutions to issues you might have. The store is bright, attractive, clean, and easy to find everything. Prices are about normal for a brick and morter store, but I have found the wisdom of the employees makes up for the price difference!

I used to get my liquid chlorine at another provider, but switched to pinch a penny because it is strong and does the job. The other provider a liquid chlorine must’ve been half the strength or less than pinch a penny‘s chlorine.

They are very welcoming and have lots of knowledge of products and services. Highly recommend. Wonderful staff

This Pinch a Penny has been nothing but helpful. When we had our pool built I decided to maintain our pool on my own to save money. I come in here weekly and have my water tested and they tell me what to add or do. Not only that, they have been more than helpful with questions about the what’s and whys of my equipment, air in the pump, o-rings and lining them.
We have since had a pinch a Penny open up a bloc from my house and I still come to them for their advice, water testing, and most of all the service I get when I come here. Tina and Rich to name a couple of my favorites!
Rich is the owner and has walked me through setting up a new salt cell when I had to change it. Awesome establishment!

I will spend my money elsewhere. I call in the morning before wasting my time driving there and then you tell me something different when I arrive. If I could give you zero stars I would.

Visited this location today for the first time to seek guidance in pool care. We were so well received by the entire staff! Such a pleasant experience to find in today's world. Alisa was exceptional with her level of assistance and expertise and educating us in regards to our pool needs and care. This will be our Go To Pool Store. Excellent sales persons who really know what they are talking about unlike Pool 911 who have very stupid sales people

Just picked up chlorine today and was treated RUDELY! I am unable to walk so I asked my sister to go in. Sis weighs only 75 pounds and is unable to carry the jugs. When she asked for help the female sales person was extremely indignant and informed sis that if it was Saturday help carring the jugs would be refused. Good thing pool supplies are available at other stores as this one doesn't appreciate their customers.

The employees are very rude they try to sell stuff that my pool does not need. I do not trust them or thier advice on my pool supplies.

Everyone knows all about your pool and water. They are willing to share information and they don't load you down with unneeded chemicals.

Friendly and very helpful and KNOWLEDGEABLE staff. Rich the store manager COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL. They accommodated me immediately and i could not have been more impressed.

This is the place I go for my pool supplies. Everyone is so kind and just the other day the guy was kind enough to load the jugs into my truck for me while I finished paying.

Don't use this store? I been going to this store for my pool supplies for about two years. On 12/22/2022 I got to the store before they opened, I didn't know that they opened until 9: 00 am, After they opened i went in to get my water tested and was told Because I didn't run my filter for an Hour They wouldn't test my Water. Well i was there to get help fixing my pump as i just spent over a thousand dollars for other parts for my pool, And now i may need a pump. But the Nasty Person at The Testing Just lost a customer. My Take don't show up before 10: 00 am Because it seemed like i was Bothering Them.

Always go here for whatever pool needs. Does free water analysis of water. So you know exactly what it needs. People polite and friendly

Richard is the man.
I don't think that there is a person within 100 mi that knows more about pools and pool equipment than he does. Honest as the day is long and determined to provide the best service to his local customers possible.
If you want good value, good service and no BS then this is the place to go.
