If you come here, don’t say you have a saltwater pool or fiberglass pool and definitely not both.you will not get much help. Been here several times and seem to be an ongoing trend. Helpful to start, you should ask your builder in the end.

This location is a good pool store. They stock everything from small parts to pumps, filters, and heaters. When I walked in, I noticed how neat and clean the owner maintained the store. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The water testing service is what I expect from a Pinch-A-Penny. They use "range chemistry, " which protects your pool but also tends to maximize chemical sales. I have never used their pool service, but I hear mostly good things. Negative reviews from pool owners are typical in the industry. Some people should not own a swimming pool. Still, many of them do and prefer to complain instead of taking responsibility for their property.

I must admit, I follow ratings and I almost made the decision to drive further to another store. Luckily, I called first and while the person on the other end was not great they were far from bad and provided all answers needed while being curt and lacking politeness.
Once I arrived at the store the experience improved greatly. The associate greeted me professionally and helped quickly. They even assisted in loading the chlorine I purchased without being asked.
I know they offer many services but the in store pool maintenance side was exceptional. I would definitely return to this location but hold my breath to be wowed if calling in. Overall, a 5 simply due to the in person experience.

Not a good experience. Management was thin skinned & unprofessional IMO when I called to discuss concerns. Totally irresponsible techs leaving child safety gate open multiple times & unwilling to take ownership of it. Chlorinator leaking for months with either no attempt to repair or shoddy, bandage type repairs. Huge personnel turnover. Someone different on my lanai constantly. After over 7 yrs of service with this franchise, I was told; “go elsewhere” by owner/manager unbelievably. They (she) was upset & angry by my not being satisfied & with my making her aware of issues & the poor & safety lacking services. Instead of being argumentative & defensive, I’d think she’d be appreciative of a heads-up with what HER staff was doing poorly, especially compromising the safety of children. I understand difficulties with staffing & training these days but think a long time customer or any customer deserves much better. Judging by other negative reviews & an over all rating below “4”, this company needs to raise their bar. On a side note…. Calling their corporate office is worthless. One is directed to a CSR where you get a recording that suggests going to their website to whine & they apologize for being “short staffed. ”And once back to the corporate website, a confusing, almost invisible path to register a concern.
