PINCH KITCHEN+BAR, Miami FL

We had a majestic dinner at Pinch, a tip from our AirBnB host. We had a number of their pinch bites of their menu and each of them had great taste and flavour, the good food was supported by excellent service of our cheerfull waitress!

We sat at the bar and it happened to be happy hour. We each got an old fashioned for 7 dollars. Great deal and and a well made classic. We decided to each had the hamburger and added cheese. I have to say, it was one of the best burgers I've had. I think the happy hour price was $12, and that included fresh handmade fries.
We're definitely returning and going to try some other item.

I was disappointed with the organic half chicken dish I ordered. The chicken was gushing blood when I went to take my first bite. When I confronted a server about it; who said that it was a mixture of sauce put into the chicken, I felt attacked. I told them I didn’t like the flavor and she was very rude. It’s unfortunate because I loved the atmosphere of this place. It was very intimate with eccentric decor. I would not recommend the food.

I’ve eaten at Pinch Kitchen several times, the food always hits the mark. Very tasty and comforting, you can have a mix of different things on the menu and they all compliment each other well. Great atmosphere and the staff is nice and attentive.

Pinch is a compete winner.

Great hamburger, pastas,
fish and meat, everything.

This is a real food place. Neighborhood atmosphere. The people that serve are involved, they love the food, they advice you well. They are well engrained as a team should be. We were 2 friends, we took advantage of the Happy hour with our amazing cocktails and the to die ceviche with the toasted corn. But then, the food.my pasta was the special of the day, I'm already thinking to go back to have it again. My friend had the lamp with a tzatziki sauce cook to perfection. Congrats to the chef, places like this should be consider for a Michelin Star!

My experience at this restaurant was the best. The service is excellent, the food is amazing, the place is extremely cozy. I recommend it to everyone. Thousand stars!

Pinch is always a 10/10 they make everything from scratch including the various breads they use for sandwiches! The food is super consistently delicious and the staff is always kind and generous. You can really tell everything is well thought out and properly executed. I can’t say enough good things about pinch and everything that goes on there! If you haven’t been, what the hell are you waiting for?

Pretty much the only good place to eat in the area but it really is fantastic. I happen to show up during happy hour. I got the basil lemonade- very yummy. Then ordered off the HH menu the ceviche- very very excellent and a good portion and the Ktown guac - also very good but not enough chips to enjoy all the guac with. I used my yucca chips that came with the ceviche so it worked out. The service was painfully slow and terrible. I couldn’t catch the server’s attention even if I were to fell to the the floor. Margarita is NOT good.

The food is super tasty, the drinks are amazing and the staff is the friendliest one in Miami!

The burger is amazing, I highly recommend it. My husband is very picky with burgers and he loved it too - the size is huge and the ingredients fresh and high quality. The place is also super cute. Will definitely be back to try the other items on the menu.
