I usually order the Pincho burger and is really good. My order is usually done right away and I can pick it up in 15 minutes usually.

I often order takeout and have never had an issue with my orders. The Pincho Burger and the Perfecto Burger are always a good choice. The buttermilk ranch dressing for salads is also a go-to.

I didn't go in here thinking I'd devour the (in the running for) BEST BURGER I've ever had.but here we are.
Holy. Wow. Just wow.
I got Pipos Choice. Gah damn. Kudos to you all.

Was killing some time before a flight and found this place.

After eating here I'd venture to say this is the smell I smelled while walking. Because surely Dennys & pollo tropical weren't making these heavenly scents I was catching.

Quaint, clean, and friendly staff make the place that much better.

Last night, I left work late and hungry for something I really enjoy. I showed up at 9: 58pm with just a bit of hope that you could prepare a bowl for me. The team not only did so with a genuine smile on their face but you made me feel very appreciated as a guest. Thank you humbly and most appreciatively. Good but the service was slow. The food was really good except the servers should’ve asked more details about my order.

I order from gables constantly and i ran across and issue with the third party delivery service used (i ordered directly from pincho site) they marked my order as delivered but i never received my food. I called the store directly and the manager, Charles quickly attended my concerns and he himself delivered my food.

I love pincho factory and the food was fresh and delicious as always!

They saved our team lunch today, we placed a pretty big order and they completed it in 30 min. A couple of weeks ago we ordered lunch for our team and it got canceled 30 min before and Pincho was able to complete and order for 15 people in less than 30 min. They are always very helpful and the food is great.

Jessica was our cashier and basically server she was so happy and sweet really made the experience the best! Great food as well

The restaurant was pretty empty when we got there. My son's meal took a very long time to get made. The employees seem to be more focused on take out orders than actual customers you have waiting for their meals in your dining room.

Worst experience ever. The rice was hard, like it didn’t finish cooking. The sweet bananas were burnt. The fried cheese was also burnt. If you order from this place to go. Order a pick up. I made the mistake to order it on Uber eats and I didn’t get to check it until it got home. Very disappointed.

Food is just terrible. Burger King feels more authentic, more flavor and more meat on the burger. The meat here is as thin as a value cheeseburger from McDonald’s. Restrooms are nasty and super slippery. Safe yourself the trip.

Customer Service and quality of food had been lacking for a while now at the Coral Gables location. I was there last Sunday and they took my order wrong with other clients also. There is no reason that a simple burger gets done wrong. They even run out ketchup on a weekend. In my opinion is a lack of interest in their part for the employees and managers alike. It's a shame because they use to be really good. Hopefully the owner takes note of this review and take action.

Good alternative to Five Guys and Shake Shack. Unique burgers with more local flavor profiles and often a little cheaper than competitors. The fries are ok. I miss the sodas they used to have.

Reminds me of Shake Shack but with a Latin twist to it. Very unique burgers that were all fairly tasty. I would have never though guava could be such a great match for a cheeseburger but turns out it is. The tostones are also excellent. Solid spot for a quick bite that felt uniquely Miami
