Pine Lakes Preserve Apartments, Port St. Lucie FL

My husband and I took a tour here and it was so beautiful! This place is clearly very well taken care of and clean! The staff I met was just as incredible, especially the community manager Dixie. She was so helpful and showed amazing hospitality! 10/10 recommend to anyone and everyone!

Have told office since we moved into this place that we been dealing with bugs nothing resolved I have two brand new babies boys and I woke up to see something crawling behide his head this morning I'm not happy with how many complaints we have sent up there to them and it's not getting better they say the guy comes and sparys but does nothing, nothing dead if anything there is more and how does one spary in correct areas in 2 minutes nanny cam caught that.still dealing with issues with them fixing things we mention the weather strip on the door is no good and that was ignored and everytime someone opens a door in the hall it like we just open and closed our door I don't trust the environment I'm putting my kids in because of all these problems

I have been living here for the past two years and I must say the experience has been wonderful. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. I must commend the staff for keeping the community clean and updated and making sure that we are able to enjoy the amenities that are offerd. The maintenance team tries their best to resolve any issues that you may have within a timely manner and that is a plus. Overall a good place to call home as its peaceful and safe.

Horrible maintenance takes months to fix one thing and then they show up in your apartment without Your permission. I had asked several times on there Smart Rent App they ignored that and they still come around my Smart Rent App activity reassure me they came by my apartment several times as soon I stepped out my apartment is weird is like they know when you leave and when your home like if they are watching you or maybe cameras in the unit not sure how they know exactly Twice now I leave and 3 to 4 minutes later they show up at my place being at home all day this don't make sense I am going to buy cameras I don't feel safe there. Horrible feeling when you call the office the guy not going to mention names seem like he do not care what I am saying my concerns of a tenant. Every weekends the trash dumpster gets filled with trash not inside but outside the dumster people here neighbors are careless putting this place looking bad is a waist of time DON'T MOVE HERE is not worthy

Amazing staff! Helped walk me through everything and has the best attitude! Especially Bailey and Tyler. Had every amenity I was looking for like a washer and dryer, dishwasher, a large bathroom and closet. I love their pool and gym; which were features I was really hoping for. Overall love this place!

This place is amazing. Very beautiful friendly environment and the atmosphere is extremely peaceful. This is a community that is sent from heaven. So thankful to live here. Thank you all for your professionalism.

And I would like to say the experience has been nothing short of amazing! The level of professionalism is nothing short of excellent.
Kera is extremely knowledgeable in her role which makes it so easy to better serve the property.

Kera and her team are absolutely phenomenal. The team is very personable and professional. They are willing to go above and beyond for their residence which makes a difference! The community is surrounded by tall trees giving it that secluded feeling yet you’re only a bike ride away from retail and grocery stores. I highly recommend booking a tour with Pine Lakes Preserve!

My nephew and I just relocated to Pine Lakes Preserve from Tennessee! Santiago and the incredible staff made our transition to our new home incredible! This place is great! Neighbors are cordial and we have access to everything we need to get settled in beautiful Florida! Thanks!

I have to give a HUGE and I mean HUGE shoutout to Don! And team! Don, Kera and the matinance crew were amazing from the start of our application to the FLAWLESS and easiest move in! Don is amazing! During our walk thru he went over everything In detail. We are so happy to be residents here.

We had very last minute, quick move in needs and Santiago came in clutch to help. We saw, applied for and were approved for our unit all in the same day. We moved in 2 days later. Santiago was very responsive in helping us, which was the main reason we were able to get everything going so quickly.

The only reason it’s not 5/5 is for some small cosmetic things.

I like it here! I've been here for about a month so far. The grounds are well kept! Love being right off US-1 in Port Saint Lucie. Love my view of the lake and fountain. It's so relaxing to sit on my porch and have a cup of coffee. The office staff is great! Beautiful pools and a Jacuzzi, which is a plus! Nice work out center! Very quiet. Never have any issues with noise. Plenty of parking for residents and guests. Love the floor plan of my 3br apartment. It's so cozy and I love calling this place home!

This is a great place to live with a great staff and nice apartments. The location is super convenient to stores, pharmacies, etc. I have been here three years and I am signing up for another. Rates are very fair, and the folks here try really hard to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommended!

We’ve lived here for nearly a year and have many issues. I don’t know who the people giving five stars to this complex are, but we have noisy neighbors who we’ve had to call the cops on multiple occasions, no security gate as advertised which resulted in someone breaking into our apt at 3 AM with our sleeping toddler nearby.
The building is dirty and we have multiple issues in our apt that we have spoken to management about that have not been taken care of.
Personally I wouldn’t suggest this complex to anyone I know but, the view over the lake is beautiful and the maintenance workers are very nice.

Moving during Corona was a breeze all because of Don and his professionalism and quick response with step by step help. I moved here sight unseeing and everything is just perfect. I love that it is quiet and more importantly I have been receiving excellent service from Don. Highly recommended.
