Pinecraft Park reviews
28Great fenced in park, caneo & boat launch, nature trail in the back as well as a ️jogging trail️. It has a large covered picnic area, mostly shaded by big Oak trees. Plenty of parking.
This was a surprise trail that goes on forever! Please bring a trash bag to help keep the park clean.
This was a beautiful walk through the flora. We saw 5 storks, a kingfisher, vultures, cardinals and heard but did not see the barred owl. I would highly recommend!
Lovely nature walk (dogs not allowed) complete with wildlife including owls and alligators on occasion. Gathering area with pavilion, picnic area, toilets, playground, shuffleboard courts and walking path (dogs welcome). A nice neighborhood park.
The whole of pinecraft is quaint and cute; the people and atmosphere here are very kind and inviting. The park itself was no different, with big clean restrooms, nice areas for the kids to play, big pavilions and since most of the locals walk or ride bikes, plenty of parking.
I went on a nature hike in this park. The park is very small. It runs along the creek. There are some amenities, such as restrooms, a playground, and basketball court. It seems to be well maintained and well used by residents in the surrounding neighborhood.
LOVELY natural oasis with hiking trails, a children's playground & covered pavilion with restrooms.
Great for bird watching. No dogs allowed although I was almost attacked by someone's dog today which they had off leash. Quiet Oasis in the middle of a neighborhood. Perfect sized Park. Trails not marked but I'd say it's impossible to get lost.
Nice area to relax and spend time with your family and friends. Large covered pavilion area with plenty of tables to host an event. My family came down for Thanksgiving and it was nice to not have everyone crammed in my small apartment.
Rare moment. Only 3 people there. One from Ohio and 2 from Indiana. Very unusual but very peaceful. Late in season. Most all Amish gone home.
Great place. Has swings and shuffle board. But let it be know shuffle board is not open on Sundays
This is a beautiful, tranquil, peaceful place to walk quietly around. It's not huge and it doesn't take long to walk around, but I go super slowly and tiptoe sometimes in case there's an owl! We have seen barred owls here and they're adorable. Also Cardinals, blue grey gnatcatchers and tufted titmice. It's lovely. There is a restroom outside here too.
Quaint park in the center of the Amish community, very central to their community and social life
Entertaining place to oversee amish n Mennonite s, to watch a few grumpy old men take their suffleboard game seriuosly
A lot if rude Amish people that just sit in the road so you have to honk you horn in their face for them to move other than that the park is great and their trail walk is even better
Very peaceful nature Wally with the possibility of seeing owls. Lots of other birds also there.
Family and friends friendly. Beautiful in December! You might see an alligator on the bank of the River.
The only place on this Earth with the diversity off people coming together for R and R in a small Amish - Mennonite community.
A nice quiet place in the epicenter of Sarasota's Amish community. During the winter months there's all sorts of activities taking place.
Boat ramp needs work like other things around the park. Perfect if you love to people watch but the park is indeed very small. It's in a quiet community but I would still my lock my doors and hide your valuables when you walk around. If you want to watch a bit of nature or watch people then you've come to a good spot.
