As a business owner, I have always appreciated a local company that will go above and beyond to make sure the right options are taken for their customers. I could have easily been sold another laptop that work need to be replaced in a year or two, but Mercedes educated me on the baseline specs that meet my company needs. I updated my current laptop, it cost a lot less than purchasing a new computer that meets the specs I need and my old laptop purchased in 2017 is working better than it ever had but fast! Take your time with the techs here, they will do right by you. I am recommending this company to my clients.

I told the technician that I wanted to reinstall windows 10 on my laptop. They spent 2 days to come to the same conclusion that I have and charged $60 only to charge me an additional $90 to do what I asked in the first place for a total of 7 days
