Horrible customer service no one is on the same page. Literally drove 25 minutes to pick up my laptop on two different occasions and both times laptops not ready. After being told on the phone and in email that it was ready. On the second occasion my laptop is not even at the store. No consideration for customers time at all. I will definitely go to geek squad next time for more professionalism. They are worth the extra money they charge at geek squad!

I am on a business trip in St. Pete. I was having issues with my laptop. After hours of frustration and not being able to get help where I purchased the laptop I stopped into Pinellas in desperate need of help. Not only were they extremely professional, but they were able to solve my issues on the spot for a nominal fee. They even double checked that everythingwas working properly before they allowed me to leave. Their customer service is second to none. I took one of their cards, because they offer remote service. If I am in need of assistance again they will be my first call.

They fixed my son's gaming computer that he also uses for school work. They explained everything and the computer is working great. Very satisfied.

Took in my tower after a power surge. My system was 6 years old so I was disappointed if it was fried. Turns out the power switch was broken and they realized it was a unique unit with no replacement parts. They ordered me a new tower, updated some of my hardware, reassembled the day the new one came in and had it back to me by early afternoon. 2 days instead of 10 at Best Buy. They were polite and professional. Thank you

I have used these guys a few times. They are fussy about what they will fix. If it's more than 5 years old or needs too much work.they say buy a new one. There diagnostic charge is 75.00! Pricy.
Genie computer repair charges 35.for diagnosis of your PC which goes towards the bill. More affordable if you need a cheaper place. Just saying

Brought my computer in to be diagnosed and unfortunately would cost more than to buy new. Once my new computer came in they were able to transfer my data to my new computer. They were fair in pricing and if I had a problem again, I would take it to Pinellas Computers.

I bought the laptop from them and 2 years later, almost to the day, the motherboard went out. It cost $275 for them to replace. During that time the print screen button was broken, not by me, and they said it’s not good for anything so we’re not gonna fix it. I wasn’t real happy about that but otherwise they did a great job.

Luckily I am not a frequent customer because they keep me up and running. As with all computers, when the need arises, Pinellas Computers always comes to the rescue. It's the only place I recommend to family and friends.

This company is legit high standard, professional people, great customer service. You and your computer are in good hands here. Had really good experience here. Ill come again.

Had old PC data downloaded & recycled right there! Did in home install of new computer along with streaming services

I got a fair price for the computer I bought at the beginning of the pandemic. The fellow who helped me was very polite and helpful.

I called and spoke with one of the technicians and he was able to help me resolve my problem quickly. I will be using this company from now on. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

They charged me a few hundred to replace a motherboard in a store bought "gaming" PC. The price was reasonable, not cheap, but when you see the quality of work they do, it's worth it. They wrapped all of my cables up to where it looks tidy and the computer is running quiet and efficiently. They cloned my hard drive and even came up with solutions to help me figure out my storage issues. Throughout the whole process they kept me up to date on the progress and helped me save money, when the fan I bought was the wrong size.
Highly recommend. Honestly, I'd just have them build my next rig, rather than get one from a big company. They did a great job.

From Data recovery to full rebuilds, this place does it all for a reasonable price. Had my system fixed by them, after I totally botched it up. They were professional all through the process and kept me informed along the way. PC is now back and working great. Will use them again in the future for a few drives i need the data off of.
