So frustrating to pay my bill online. I finally was able to sign up for auto pay, and for the last 3 months I've gotten late notices because I don't pay my bill! I moved to the area 6 months ago, and utilities including cable, electric and water have been terrible. Get with the times, Pinellas Park!
Worse site portal for payment I have ever used. Every time it 3 to 4 times to get payment thru. Internal errors, freezing up. Please fix.
Absolutely atrocious billing. I live alone and my usage is less than 20 (100 gallon units) every month which is well below the minimum to be billed more, so every month I have to pay the minimum billing amount which is $85/mo.that's outrageous considering before moving here I lived in a household of 3 using triple the amount of water and our water bill was roughly $90 every 3 months. Absolutely scamming people here left and right.
Am I the only one with low water pressure? I had a city employee at the meter checking the pressure and according to him, it was perfect. Well.if it is perfect.if the pressure is different each day and every hour of the day, it is a city problem, not a plumbing problem according to my plumber. Also, the online payment system is a disaster and few of the ladies, especially the new ones, are unpleasant. I gave lived in this neighborhood for almost 20 years and I should know.
Stop making it more and more difficult to pay my bill! Only thing i get is higher prices, no improvements or anything
They dont even deserve one star! I was turned off 3 weeks earlier than my shut off date, they told me i had to pay my full balance to be turned back on, i go pay my full balance of $256.00 & i was told it would be turned on same day from 1pm to 5pm. (Friday October 14th 2022) it was never turned back on! It is now saturday oct 15th and my kids and i are still without water! I already messaged Governor desantis and i will be seeking anyone else i need to! This is by far the worse city and worse water company i have ever experienced! Total trash!
City and staff are great 5 stars. Online service sucks. Whoever did the rfp on this application for collecting payments failed their job. They (the provider of online services) should be sued and the contract cancelled for not providing the service they promised.
