Great service. Best dealership, vehicle, and service purchase in my lifetime and I'm now over 60 years of age. No regrets on this one.

Took my Navigator to the dealer because my car would suddenly shut off. The service guy Peter told me that they would look at it that afternoon or the following day. Three days later and no one called. I called to no avail. Finally Peter called late in the third days informing me the fuel pump was bad cost to repair $1,500.00 I picked the the Navigator after 4 days. I drove it to Kendall Lincoln where it hey scanned my Navigator while I waited and told me it was a 5 Pin Relay that went bad. $215.00 and I was out the door in less that two hours. Not happy with Pines Lincoln. I am now in the middle to purchasing a New Aviator from Kendall Lincoln. You guys lost my business. Never again with you guys. Sorry but you need to review your service personnel.

Everyone was very efficient and friendly. Got my loaner within 15 minute of being there and my car was ready to go sooner than I thought it would be. Thank you!

Great service as always. Very professional, did not try and get me to buy unneeded parts or services. Checked my car thoroughly and washed and cleaned on return. Great!

Although I did not lease my Lincoln from Pines Lincoln, I used the Service Department due to the convenient location. I will continue to do all future services at Pines because the Service Advisor Neil was EXCELLENT! His attention to my needs and concerns was personable, yet very professional. He made sure the Service Technician addressed every maintenance item and concern I had and returned my vehicle clean and timely. Thank you Neil and thanks to the Technician!

Their service has been excellent, I took my car for a repair and not only this repair was done on a timely basis, but an additional item related to a manufacturer request was also addressed. Highly recommended.

The service has gone down hill since covid. Took my car in on Monday for service issues and service engine light being on. I explained to Nido the "service adviser" what I was experiencing and what I EXPECTED to be done to my vehicle which included the recall as well. So Monday brought vehicle in service center and paid for rental because I thought I would've had my vehicle back no later than Wednesday. Nido called me later that evening on Monday letting me know the cost. I decided not to go with all the repairs because the labor alone was over and beyond. So I advised him to just do the oil change and fix the recall issue. Tuesday no call, Wednesday no call, Thursday I called 4 times and left voice-mails. Called again Thursday right after 5 p.m before he left to go home for the day and was finally able to get in contact with him. He advised me that the oil change was completed and they were finishing up on the recall (not the case because NOTHING WAS DONE). Friday I called him again because he wasn't calling me and letting me know the update with my vehicle, for him to tell me it should be completed and he will call me. Went in this Monday (to return the rental because it had been a week now) to pickup vehicle, decided to check oil and fluids because I have had issues in the past with fluids not being top off. Oil changed never completed, tires not rotated, and fluids not even touched and complimentary car wash out the window with the rest. Was not even advised as in to why the service engine light was on but paid for the diagnostic. Be careful when visiting this service center and if you can check your service before driving off. The mechanic (wish I knew his name) is NOT completing the work that is being paid for.

My experience has been very disappointing
I will never return to your dealer for service
My car was returned in absolutely dirty conditions and loaded with ants. How can that be possible? Do you follow up with your service techs?
Moreover my papers in glove compartment were all soaked from water leak which I do not even know if it was addressed
I will not use your service or dealer for any future purposes

The team at Pines Lincoln was very professional and accommodating. I screwed up the appointment date, but the team took great care of me, even though I showed up on the wrong day. My vehicle was served and I was updated throughout the process.

I loved the service I received from
Mike and his staff. My car was picked up from
my work location and once the work was completed it was returned to my work location. I was always updated on my car service.

Went to Pines Lincoln for the first time and was very disappointed. Came in for an oil change and mentioned something wrong with my car. Peter (the service advisor) said he didn’t have time to do a diagnostic check. It was 2pm. A service department can always make time for a diagnostic check even if the repairs have to be done another day. He was impatient. Used profanity with my husband.
The positive is that the service didn’t take long and we were offered an Uber if we needed to go back home.
Going back one more time because at least so far the service manager Joel has been pleasant to get the problem with my car resolved.
I traded in my BMW for my Lincoln and already miss the customer service from BMW. Praying for better future customer at Pines since it is close by my home.

Great Service. On Time and they provide transportation (a ride) when you leave the car and send you a ride to go and Pick it up.
My Advisor (Mike) was great!

I received a letter grom Lincoln Corporation that there is a recall on my 2015 Lincoln MKC. The letter stated that my car could burst into flames all by itself, even if its not turned on. It stated to not even park my car near other cars, do not park the car near my home. The letter also stated that the parts are not available yet for the repair, but I should take car to the closest dealership and they will have a loaner for me. I called Pines Lincoln many times and finally someone called me back. The girl on the phone said there are no loaners, there is no danger in driving my car, parking it near my house, or other cars. I believe the letter from corporate more than I believe a young girl who answers phone calls and tells me the manager is not in today. A few days later, after I called Pines Lincoln three more times. A service writer called me and said when they get the parts in they will call me. I am still waiting for a call back.
