Pink & White Nails, Brandon FL

This place has gone down! I went here for years and hadn’t been in awhile because I took a break from getting my nails done. I brought my daughter and myself in and we got gels done. Within not even 24 hours they were already chipping away. We came back and were refused a refund, but they redid the nails. They used the same lady who did a poor job before! Again, not even a couple days later l, nails are already chipping again. Save your money and go elsewhere. I won’t be back!

I AM REPORTING YOUR BUSINESS! DO NOT GO HERE! I have been going here for 2 years faithfully and this past year it’s gone so down hill. They are not cleaning their tools and doing quality work anymore. 7/10 of my nails have a fungus infection due to them not being sterile with their tools. I’m on antibiotics due to this. It took me 20 years to actually grow out my nails and now they are completely destroyed and green. Makes me so disgusted. I have also gotten pedicures from here as well that are mediocre at best. I will never go back here again. I wish I could give no stars you deserve none.

Very rude! I usually go there because it’s convenient but I will never be back again. I paid $60 dollars for a pink full set and as I was getting them done I asked for reshaping because it didn’t fit my nail bed. My nails looked so bad after that and once I left I had called to see if I could come back sometime this week for them to be fixed (I did not mind paying that was not the issue). The nail tech who did my nails who is usually under chair 8 told me I need to come back the same day and so I did. When I got there he was frustrated as to why I came back and I simply explained. He caused a scene saying I was lying and I called about a broken nail which I certainly didn’t do. I wanted him to redo my set and he didn’t want to do that (again paying again wasn’t the issue) but if I pay for a service I want it done correctly! He was so mad to do my nails again so I told him just to cut them shorter. They’re lazy, rude and very unprofessional. The manager had came around and told him to fix it and the angry tech said I didn’t want to pay even though I said it wasn’t a problem. It’s a shame.

Way over priced I said I wanted a gel pedi she told me ultimate was $54
Mentioned $5 more for the lil white lil to make it French
But when I went to pay she said $77
Girl did an ok job but not worth 77 just ridiculous never going back
I asked friends who had been to that location before and non had ever paid 77 for a gel French pedi

Do not come here they did a horrible job on my toes and I had to pay 55 I told her I didn’t like it, she said she knew what she was doing and gave my attitude don’t come here not WORTH THE MONEY. They are rude as hell

I spent over $150 and within two days 3 nails popped off. Within a few more days all of my nails were off. I will not go back here. When they are busy the quality changes so you pay but they rush and ruin your time there. It should be relaxing and joyful.

I am a regular at this place but will not be going back after what this girl did to me. My cuticles are all chewed up and open wounds and my right bit toe is red swollen and hurting from whatever she did to me

This place has been a Stable for quality in Brandon for years. I couldn’t imagine going any other place in Brandon. They use premium products and I’m not cheap. I highly recommend them.

They’re nice people that’s about it lol I went in a few months to get a gel pedi I asked for square shaped toe nails Didn’t get what I wanted. Today I decide to give them a second chance and same thing happened on top of being crooked: (wanted to like this place but I won’t be coming back. I paid for a deluxe pedicure and I didn’t get the experience I did the first time either it felt rushed even my husband was surprised on how fast I came out of there.

This is THEE WORLDS WORST PLACE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE! They make fun of handicap clients and make them sit there for hours while they look and laugh and go back and forth snickering under their breath at who would service her! Then I specifically told them that I did not want any gel on my nails and the guy proceeded to add it on my nails anyways! He did it so quick I didn’t notice what he had done till he put the lamp on my nails! He didn’t tend to my cuticles or have me wash my hands or clean the nails before putting the set on! Then wanted me to pay 58 for the set and 30 dollars for a pedi that NEVER HAPPENED because of the mistreatment! Could you imagine getting charged 30 dollars for soaking your feet in water? This place IS A JOKE and should seriously be boycotted! All we wanted to do was relax for our Mother’s Day gifts but it was ruined by nasty management! Save your money and go somewhere else!

I'm not one to write poor reviews.but I'll let the work speak for itself. $65 (after tip) for an SNS dip + tip manicure and the entire experience, from start to finish, left more to be desired.

Each one of my nails are a different shape, length, and thickness. I asked my tech to correct a few (which she did) but it seemed to do more harm than good in the long run. Streaky polish + missing edges.

The staff wasn't the friendliest and the quality of work + service lacked attention to detail.

I chose a very simple color. Could not imagine what it'd look like with a more complicated set.

Would not recommend.

Your fish needs to be transferred to a pond! He has NO ROOM!
UPDATE; That fish died or hopefully they took it to one of the numerous ponds in this area. Sadly now there is I got a large fish in that aquarium with no room.

Went to this place and they did great on the pedicure, and then came my nails. The gentleman filed them so bad I had to have him cut them all off, and I left with out getting my nails done or anything, nor even painted and they still charged me full price. Didn't even offer t

My first dip manicure lasted 3 weeks. The second lasted 2 weeks (same girl). The third was only 1 week (different girl). I'm disappointed and won't be back.

Absolutely no words to describe this horrible experience! Timmy did my nails and worked so fast my nails look terrible the nail polish is not even on the whole nail!

I made an appointment for myself and another person three days in advance, checked inc and wasn’t seen for over twenty minutes. No one told me how long the wait would be or updated me. I wouldn’t waste my time there again.

This nail place is great always friendly and helpful, always try to make appointment with the tech since walk- in can be a bit of a wait, my girl Tina is the best when it comes for powder dip and pedi.
