Since I can’t reply- you personally know this isn’t true Trent. I’ve personally tried to contact you many times over the years for you to pay us the balance due for services! The bill is still overdue till this day! I have all the documents. 12/21/23**** shameful- Hasn’t paid us for over 1 year- hasn’t even tried to contact us.
Pinky’s Moving Company hired my family business to help them unload their customer in central Florida (coming from Tallahassee). Our crew unloaded their customers things at two locations a storage and 2nd floor apartment. Their truck didn’t come with a ramp, we had no problem, our guys worked for 10 hours that day. I added an online order discount, to be nice, we usually do not offer discounts for same day services. The order was created same day last minute. I have called almost everyday to leave a message for the owner to call back. Zero effort in return. They open our overdue invoice via email constantly and still never pay it. We’ve resent numerous times. From one family business to another- this is SHAMEFUL! Beware customers and other moving companies! $950 overdue bill******

Trent, we contacted your office 2 weeks before we were supposed to move and left a message that we were not going to be able to move because the apartment complex said the apartment was the most trashed out that they'd ever seen! We couldn't move on time.your assistant who answers the phone found the message and said we did leave the message! We tried to text we called you and your assistant said that she told you to call us and you never did. Therefore we need to have our $250 back do the right thing, Trent. I feel sad that you don't answer your phone and we had to leave a message but you owe us $250 we tried to get you to move us again and you didn't do it. Please answer your phone and you won't have this problem!

Needed to move within 3 days and Pinky's came through for me. Spoke with Margaret got a personal quote and inspection from Trent the next day and was being moved on by Mario and his team 2 days later. Thank you for a great move.

My daughter needed to moved out of the her dorm by Aug 5th. I was looking for a moving company that was affordable and reliable on short notice. I have to say they were a God send. They made the whole process stress free. From the moment I called until the very end of unloading my items into storage. I was very satisfied with the service.

It was an excellent experience from the scheduling to the loading of our storage unit. The movers were punctual, professional, courteous, and efficient. All of our belongings were given the utmost care, and they graciously helped load a bedroom suite that was being donated. It was a smooth and easy move made even better by the kindness of the movers and office staff. I would highly recommend Pinky’s for superb service and professional moving. I definitely will use this wonderful group again.

10 STARS! AMAZING SERVICE! I called late in the evening to book next day service and they accommodated me with no hesitation! The receptionist was extremely nice and reassuring. The crew was very punctual and professional. They are fast, efficient and so pleasant. I thought packing up all of my things and moving them out of the apartment would take forever. The crew showed up, packed my things and got everything onto the truck in just a couple of hours! And I lived on the third floor! Nothing was lost or damaged! They got me moved into my new place just as fast. I’ve moved and helped friends and family moved quite a bit and it’s never been as fast or smooth as this! I was so stressed about this move because I thought it would be a hassle… Pinky’s made my move effortless!

Wouldn't use this place. They commit fraud by altering checks. The owner was just arrested.

Don't trust this business with your money! The OWNER was just on the news, he was arrested for altering a check from an elderly man giving himself an extra $11,000. He is now out on bond facing fraud and larceny charges.
