Pinnacle At Avery Glen, Sunrise FL

They never answer the phone i drove 30min out the way just to get to this place after I’ve called all day for them to tell me no one ever moves out no vacancies ever!

Made an appointment to tour this property on a Saturday at 11 a.m, only to arrive and see that the office is closed. Not only closed, but closed during what is listed as open business hours (on Saturdays, business hours are listed as 10-4pm). This is the second time I’ve tried to tour this property only to find the office closed. No pictures of the inside of the apartments anywhere online, no one ever answers the phones in a timely manner and the office is routinely closed during business hours even AFTER you make an appointment? This property seems very suspect and it might be a heaven sent I never got to look at this place. On to the next!

Hi ANONYMOUS P-CORAL NAILS. At the time of move in you must agreed with all the regulations of the complex and this is not a ghetto where you can smoke, drink or gathering everywhere. Those who have that life style better move to another place or comeback to the the countries where they came from. Residents who live here are very happy with regulations. It's Make The difference. NOTHING but the best!

Yeah clean place and all but they are extremely ridiculous with their laws. It's like communism in here. So because the have good rental prices they are allowed to invade your privacy and do random inspections like it's going out of style? Also, every neighbor is a snitch. Mind your own business will ya? Only one dog allowed? Also ridiculous and for the record an ESA letter needs to be accepted for as many animals as needed otherwise illegal to deny. Can't sit in your own patio and have a cigarette or a drink not can you sit on the sidewalk or talk to a friend in the parking lot. Overall it's like going back to Cuba and dealing with communism.

It is a wonderful place I have been living there for more than 3 years and it is a very nice place, with very good maintenance and it is a safe and pleasant place, the people who live here are very respectful and the property managers are excellent.

I lived here for several years and the staff is absolutely amazing! Great location, a beautiful and clean place to live.

Daisy & I are very happy to live in this community; I don't plan to leave anytime soon. Pinnacle Avery Glen's staff is professional, patient and kind always willing to assist regardless of the situation. I feel like I am apart of the family and for that I am very grateful.

This is the very best rental I have ever seen. The two ladies in the front office are just awesome. Everything there is well-maintained. The surroundings are clean and well kept. I would recommend this place to anyone. Had to move to be closer to my job.

We have been living here at Pinnacle since they opened and love it here. Pet friendly. And great neighbors.

Since the time w e live here staff and management are so nice and accommodating and the community is well manage for cleanliness and and maintenance to all aspect.heads up for the the staff and management.

In the time that I have lived in this community I have had the best experience!
The communal areas are well maintained, the people in the office are friendly, generous, and with excellent disposition to help at any time!
It is close to everything!

I love staying here it’s clean great atmosphere beautiful Management Staff is Awesome The Maintenance Guys are Great I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else the area is beautiful we just need cameras on the porch area because when you order things and you are not home and ups leave your package at your door people take it

I have lived here for a long time and it has been an amazing experience. We have the best landlords. I have not seen landlords as caring and thoughtful as these two ladies. It is peaceful place to live. Every year I am remained of how beautiful this place is. I belief that blessing comes in different ways and living here I am truly blessed. I belief that there is no place like home and this community is home. Thanks Pinnacle I appreciate the love that you show.

Beautiful apartments! Hoping to one day be able to get into these apartments. Been trying consistently for about 4 months now and no luck. Keeping my fingers crossed.
