7This place has bad reputation regarding mold this building is not even 10 years old unbelievable #mold
Tried calling for leasing information. The lady was not helpful, I could barely understand what she was saying, and provided no feedback as to when a unit may be availalble.
Jill provides horrible service and NO privacy of being at home. Jill good with Spanish human beings [her kind] if you're black or white there's an issue and she brushes things off on her own time or act like she's too busy.
Recently had the most amazing, and smooth leasing process with Pinnacle @ Tarpon River.
Jill was tremendously helpful, and kind throughout the process, which I may add was very painless!

The community is very clean, safe, and well maintained.
All of the staff that I have encountered so far have been kind and helpful.
I cannot say enough nice things about this community, and if you are able to secure a unit here. Don't hesitate!
I loved it here until I discovered mold! I told them about an ongoing roof leak for years and they ignored it.
Each time they would patch the area but like clock work, when rained outside, it also rained inside my unit. I discovered the mold after moving a long furniture box tucked away in my closet. Who knows how long the black mold was festering.
At first they tried to clean it with store bought mold cleaner and didn’t hire a professional company to test the wall and air until I demanded it.
As a matter of fact, I was initially told the box in the closet caused the mold.
Of course the mold report came back saying there was a major issue and they had to remove the wall.
To make matters worse they had the mold remediation company tear down the closet/living room wall without notifying me first. I came home on my lunch break to find my house in disarray with my dog sitting in the midst of fumes, and a worker sitting in my couch! At the height of Covid! No pinnacle worker in sight!
Again, I had to fight to be placed in a hotel!
They did not even have the human decency to offer that, and the remediation took about a week!
I later found out from speaking to a few residents, that mold has plagued this building for years but they just slap some pain on the walls and keep it moving.
Don’t expect to get your deposit back in full either, they changed me a hefty amount because mthey had to throw away ONE PREPACKED garbage bag out.
I am very disappointed with the management and professionalism offered by PTR. I drove 40 minutes to be at my 9: 30 appointment/ tour. I sat there for 30 minutes until a women told me there is nothing to show me and she’s too busy to help me. What a complete waste of my time.
