Really great experience. The process of getting the estimate, to doing the job was great and a smooth process. They was on time and very quick with putting my new AC unit and furnace all in. The techs even worked outside in the rain while it was pouring down raining. Thanks to the company and techs that come out.

Brian was awesome! He thoroughly explained everything and tried his hardest to fix our units instead of replacing both. He was very professional, courteous and answered all of our questions. We will definitely recommend all we know to use your business!

Pinnacle Commercial Heating & Air is a super professional and polite company. We were quoted a fair price for a new AC unit. Installation was fairly quick. They hauled out the old concrete slab and equipment and the new one was only half the size as the old one. On time and responsive during each step of the process, I couldn't ask for more! The technician was friendly and made sure to let me know what to do after the water heater was installed. He laid down sheets and didn't drag in any crud from outside. Great service!
