Service person named Joe from Pinnacle Commercial Heating & Air was knowledgeable and professional. He carried out the scheduled inspection and did not try to pressure us into performing unnecessary repairs, as is so often the case. Completely new HVAC system installed on my roof in less than 3 hours just a few days later! Everyone I talked to/interacted with was professional and friendly. Love this place! Very satisfied with our first encounter with this company.

You can not beat the service they provide, quick to schedule estimates and work to be done. Joe was awesome very knowledgeable and confident, he also executed the work perfectly! We had fans installed one of which need to be completely add in, 4 recessed lights and changed out several light fixtures.

To prevent damage to the walls and floor, the team laid protective cardboard down first wherever they were working. This is a very polished ensemble. Their price was very competitive, and the guys finished ahead of schedule. I am extremely pleased with the outcomes and would highly recommend them.

We reached out to Joe on Friday when we realized our AC was no longer working. He said the earliest he could get there was Monday. He showed up to our house, unannounced, and assesses our AC issue. An hour or so later, our AC was repaired and back up running. This is customer service unlike any other. We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who requires HVAC service.
