Had an ingrown toenail that apparently had become infected and was causing a lot of pain. I never went to a podiatrist before and I was terrified, but everyone on staff, including Dr. Kim was very helpful, pleasant, and reassuring. They fit me in for a last-minute appointment, and Dr. Kim presented me with several options and then treated my nail fairly painlessly and in a thorough and professional manner. I am extremely pleased with the entire experience. Thank you!

Thank GOD for Doctor Woodard. I thought i was going to have to live my life with this horrible foot pain but she assured me that there was going to be a simple fix and sure enough! I’m back to work with minimal to no pain! Forever grateful for her and her amazing office staff.

Had a appointment with them on Oct 18 th and found out that i had a Bone spur i have United Health care Dual complete and am a QMB Paitent so i have no co pays and when i was there almost after the xray and getting a medical boot for my foot i get told i owe 20 percent co pay and i said i do not owe anything though i was not in the mood to fight i got home and called United health care Dual complete sure enough i should have not owed anything on Oct 18th and now i am trying to go through the process to get Pinnacle to pay me back my Insurence Agent called today to try to explain that I am a QMB Patient with No Co pays and she got hung up on by the guy who answerd the phone to me that is Rude and she told me when she called me back there was a lady who said we don't have time for this stuff to me putting patients first should be top priority so not to you at Pinnacle i am finding me a new Doctor and i will be in this week to sign medical release for my Xray on my heel so i can take it to my new doctor.

My most recent appointment at Pinnacle Foot and Ankle center was GREAT, I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Kimberly Woodard and her Assistant was not only highly knowledgeable but also took the time to explain my condition and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. Their expertise gave me confidence in the care I was receiving and hope to get back to my activities. Highly recommend This office!

Dr Woodard is such a caring woman and she immediately made me feel comfortable. Her office staff is top notch and they are all such a personable group of folks.
I will definately use this office for any future needs for myself and my family.

Dr. Kim is such a kind and knowledgeable person. She listens intently and you can tell she really loves what she does! I highly recommend her office. Megan is so helpful and always makes my day, too! Everyone is awesome and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This office is great. Staff is very nice and the Dr is super. They treat you just like family.

From the moment I arrived I felt welcome from the entire staff. Clean efficient office, everyone professional and down to earth. Dr. Kim was amazing, listened to my issues with genuine interest and made me feel completely at ease. Took the time to explain my options and willing to solve an issue I have had since childhood. To sum it up I felt more than just a patient, will highly recommend!

This office is not in the same league as the rest they are better! Truthfully speaking they are SO caring, respectful and attentive. The doctor actually spends time with you and explains all your questions and brings up her own concerns and points. She and her staff are earth angels thank you for caring for my father the way you have I wish I could give you ten stars.

If I could given 10 stars I would. The staff and Doctor were absolutely fantastic. They all listened carefully and really were interested in my long-term well being.
The office projects not only a professional, but a family environment.
They communicated well and provided outstanding care. I highly recommend!
