8The whole team here at Pinnacle are second to none. Andy and the maintenance department work hard to keep this place very nice, and are always courteous and friendly. The management and staff are always polite, professional, and willing to help. This is a great place to live and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, safe community.
Had some maintenance done to my apartment. A kind gentleman by the name of Andy helped me out when I needed it most. He was understanding and very patient with me as I explained my problems. He was extremely quick and knowledgeable in fixing those issues. He's a great guy and was a tremendous help. Thanks Andy.

Amazing apartments with great staff. They are quick to fix any issues with my apartment and I am grateful for that! Beautiful place with lots of amenities! Highly recommend! Just wish the master bathroom had a jacuzzi tub
My husband and I have been here for 6 months and in that time we find it nice to walk around. The landscaping is beautiful. Also any repairs are done very timely. There is maintenance personnel available on the grounds through the week. Michelle the manager is effective and efficient, a friendly staff supporting her. This place has not disappointed us in any way, it's quiet, easy to park anytime, dog and cat friendly as well.
Have been living here for six years, the staff and maintenance crew are far above the standard. My family has special medical needs that require anyone to enter our apartment wear a mask. The staff, and Andy, our maintenance man, has always sought to accommodate us and make us feel welcome and neighborly. 10/10 Rent here!
Almost all app rental sites show this place has vacancies, but instead have waiting lists. I contacted corporate for a group of these applications and was told the site manager updated the available units daily. My question is just what does a rental manager do, when they have nothing to rent? I think a daily inventory would be worth doing, in course unless the objective is to keep the phone ringing.
