I do not recommend it for many reasons, I am very disappointed, after the investment I realize that the material used is of low quality, the paint fell off just 4 months after installation, exterior noises are heard better with these impact windows, that with the traditional windows that I had previously and also the design of the window after it was installed I did not like it, because it lacks finish

Please don’t do what I did and go for the cheapest price out there. I paid in full and when they came to install my windows two of the rooms were measured wrong and the windows had to be ordered again, mind you they sent two separate people to measure the windows. The installers had to put plywood on my windows until the others came. A whole day wasted as they need to come again. Will never recommend this company to anyone

I decided to share my experience at Pino's Windows & Doors because is the least I could do for those of you that are in the market for any of their products. I visited them to buy replacement hinges for a French Door that was originally installed in the House in the 80's and still in fantastic shape however hinges from the active Door were as expected at the end of its service life and simply worn out. Surprisingly not only the Company was still in business but they also had the same hinges with a better quality finish. No attempt to sell Me a New Door was made, in fact they suggested to re-use the hinges from the fix Door instead! All this with a genuine, kind smile. In the end a Company's Integrity and reputation is derived from it's roots. I will definitely reccomend and go nowhere else for windows or Doors.

-I did take a few months to wait but I had already checked with other companies and it's the same and even longer in other places.but the product is worth it.

You have to be careful, a few years ago we ordered 2 large impact windows as thick as they made, we had to wait several weeks and when they were installing them 1 cracked and they wanted to charge us to replace the broken glass.

It seemed suspicious to me that it broke so easily, so we measured the thickness of the glass, it turns out they did NOT give us what we paid for, and it was a good thing it broke at that moment so we could realize it;

They put 1 of the two windows much thinner than what we asked for, not only in the one that broke, they also did the same to the other window, they wanted to deceive us and they had to replace the entire order because we could verify it.

Excellent quality in their impact Windows and doors and customer service as well.

P.s- it took a few months to get our Windows and door but it was the same or even longer to get an order done in other places, but, have No complaints about the product.

A few years ago we ordered 2 big impact windows, we waited weeks for them, but were given windows that 1 cracked while being installed.
That other company tried to scam us and even tried to make us pay for the broken glass but we found all suspicious and decided to measure the glass resulting in that one of the 2 glasses was way too thin not only on the broken window but on the other one too.

We paid for the thick ones, and because we proved both windows were not what we paid for they replaced the whole order.
One have to be careful out there.
