If we would have just tried the pizza I would have been happy. The Margarita pizza was very good but everything else we ordered hit the mark. The chicken parmigiana with pasta missed a lot of the flavor. We also ordered some calamari and the taste wasn't really there.

The restaurant has a lot of outdoor seating facing the parking lot with enough shade for a bunch of their tables. Their staff was friendly, accommodating and attentive just wish the food was at par.

The food is very good but the service is terrible. The gluten free pizza is so small for it to be so expensive and our server always messes up our order he made so complicated to have one pizza half pepperoni half catupiry cheese. I hope the owner read this and take leadership to really fix it the service, I not complaining because I have nothing else to do I’m complaining because it’s frustrating to go out to have a good time with a family and this type of nonsense disturbance happens. Honestly I’m not sure if I will be coming back because of this. Because service is everything in my opinion

Piola used to be a very good pizza. I used to come every other weekend. I don’t know if there iate new owners, or the pandemia, but pizza is just ok
Like thousands places in Broward. Pizza is the same, price is the same, but looks like the quality of products had changed. I’m sorry for a bad review, but you can do better. I know you can!

If I could give zero star. I can't get lower. Terrible customers services, poor management. The manager was aggressive no respect to clients. Added things on our bill that we did not order. I had to argue with her to take it off my bill. Would never go near this restaurant again.

Pizza was ok but soggy. We ordered 4 different pizzas. Seemed as if they were all margarita and then the toppings were added at the last minute. Daughter had gnocchi which was tasty and warm.

This restaurant was recommended by a friend. Major disappointment. The calamari were rubbery. The pizza crusty on the outside and soggy in the middle

Ordered through Uber eats. Quick delivery to our hotel! Thin (cracker crust), large piece pizza. One person type of pizza.

What a dumb response from owner on one comment that criticized the calamari as rubbery. So what if it is a best seller, that was not the point of the original comment. Instead of taking accountability they make it seem like the customer was the problem lol. The chicken parm used to be so good now they use 2 little chicken cutlets that look like they are for kids. Wonder what the owner will say about that.

Half year ago we was amazed by that place, and liked their pizzas so much! But it got so much worse, so sad to see it! Service and food itself! Last time we were eating inside waitress dropped my card on the floor, and didn’t even saw that, and another costumer saw it and gave it to me, good thing he was nice and did that! And today we ordered to pick up, they not taking orders by phone, only ordering online, so no customer service at all when I do that! And than pizza was so bad and dry, and I was sooo sad, because I used to love that place and their food sooo much! And when I came in to pick it up, again service was soo bad, they ignored me, and wasn’t giving me instructions when can I get my pizza. Honestly waist of money! Make it great again, please, I miss it!

The place is highly recommended. Great taste and lovely dessert.
Had some issues with a salad and it was taken off the check immediately. Will definitely visit again when in Hallandale.

The best pizza I’ve had in the United States. The pies they make here are fairly representative of a pizza you might order in Tuscany. This is not dominoes. This is not Pizza Hut. This is real Italian pizza.

Paid 16.00 for a pizza, 2 inches of crust. Topping sparse, came out cool. Rip off. Sicilion over Pizza is so much better.

The pizza is good but always cold. I used to order pizza through door dash app. When pizza arrived cold first time I called restaurant and explained them that I love their pizza and I would be very appreciated if they buy their drivers thermo bags so can deliver nice hot pizza to their customers. Manager on a phone awarn me that because I placed order through doordash they cannot control doordash drivers and in future I should order through their own Piola app and their drivers do have thermo bags.

Today I ordered pizza and a salad through Piola App. Delivery guy show up in about 30min at my door, he held pizza box in one hand and a bag with salad in another hand. As you can understand he didn’t have a thermo bag. That is very disappointing because pizza arrived not even warm, it was cold! I will not order pizza anymore from Piola until they buy $5 bags for their drivers.

One side was missing pepperoni. The pizza is decent. It’s definitely not worth 16$. It’s tiny… it should be on the kids menu. I’m sad and hungry. We won’t order from here again (this is the second time we gave it a try).

The service is declining, the food is good but the service could be improved. We ordered a pizza for a pick up, we asked for a specific time and they said that the manager informed it is not possible, it is now or it will be sitting there.what? Really? Change the manager.

Nice place to have dinner. For me half pizza is enough and all that I have tried were excellent. They are thin so you don't get to buy eating bread.
