Two year warranty month and half later replaced motor AGAIN and charged 95 more dollars after stating parts and labor for two years not a FAN

Justin was a great help today fixing our dishwasher and helping us with an issue with our refrigerator.

I had an issue with my refrigerator ice maker, they promptly came out and replaced the capacitator and told me to leave the refrigerator unplugged for 2 hours to “reset”, which I did as instructed. I turned the fridge back on and got the same error code, the said they would research the error code and get back with me, still no return call, and I’m out $225. A week later the refrigerator stopped cooling, and I found out it is because the coils are dirty and cleaned them, this should have been caught on the initial call instead I had to research and fix that myself. I tried to support small and local in this case got burned, I would not recommend pioneer.

Justin was amazing throughout the whole process, any questions I had he answered them with ease and helped me understand what was going on with my AC. He was also very quick! Amazing service and amazing employee! Thank you pioneer air conditioning and appliance repair! You have a customer for life!

This family business goes the extra mile for the customer (they did for me anyway, going to the shipping point themselves to pick up my a/c unit that mfr and shipper did not get to Lady Lake on the promised date.) Mr. T and his sons are honest, professional, and reliable. I compared prices and theirs were most reasonable. The warranty was superior to others also. I live in Lady Lake MHP and have recommended them to folks I know here who have also been happy with Pioneer. As an aside to this review, I'd like to add my personal warning from my own experience that whatever service you may need, never call Frank Gay. Call Pioneer.

Greg and Justin are simply the best, They refused to leave until my 86 year old tenant had air even though the part wouldn't be in for a few days over July 4. I recommend them highly

Pioneer A. C. Installed a new A. C. Unit at our Florida home. Gregory the owner was very informative, answered the questions we had. They installed it a day ahead of schedule. Sent pics of the new unit. I highly recommend there services. Thanks again to Pioneer.

When we first hired this company, we had a very professional gentleman come and replaced our AC unit. We had not had any problems with it for years. So we called them a couple of weeks ago because the AC was not cooling. My husband called them numerous times but complained that they never replied so I had called them from my number and got a response via text "I'm on the other line please text me your request and I'll contact you right back. Thanks". I replied that my husband sent a text.

He then replied back to my husband and agreed to come sevice our unit. Well being that we were not there at the time, we left a check with our handyman to give. When my husband spoke with the repair man, he stated that the total will cost $100 more. My husband paid with a card the difference of the total. A few days later, my husband noticed a second charge for the total again. So my husband reached out to them to let them know that we have been double charged which we understood that it could have been a simple mistake yet, no one answered the phone or replied back.

Then again I called from my phone and spoke with the son of the owner who said that he will investigate and get back to us later that day. My husband attempted to reach out later that day and of course no one answered. No one returned the call or nothing. So due to our frustration we have canceled the card and we are filing a dispute tomorrow. We have the receipts and statements. It is a shame that a company would ruin their reputation for $225. If it wasn't for their lack of response and due diligence, I would have given a better review. As of now, I would not recommend this company to anyone, nor will we use it again.

I had a wonderful experience with Pioneer. They repaired my dishwasher and it's working great! I appreciated their prompt service and their repair cost was the lowest of the three bids I received. Thank you Pioneer!

DO NOT USE! Horrible service and has no clue what they are doing. Installed new AC unit beginning of July and have had nothing but problems. AC is not cooling, running all day, thermostat they used wasn’t even compatible with our system they installed. Come to find out they gave us a $22 thermostat when ours that we paid for came with a Nest. Probably to upsell to another person! Also didn’t install unit level and had to redo that as well! Have had to call them out several times to fix AC cooling issues. Still issues with not cooling and they won’t even take my calls nor respond to my text messages! I have all the proof in writing. They also told me they pulled a permit and find out they didn’t and keep telling me they will. It’s been 4 months now and still no permit and constant issues with this unit! This company is not properly licensed and insured come to find out! Took my money and ran! Paid 3x as much as we should’ve as we have been told by other companies! Totally and completely a SCAM!
