Pizza Hut, Tampa FL

The store is not clean that you can see in the pictures. They don’t clean after making the orders, and they also don’t wear any gloves when they make the orders.

I placed an order for delivery and this gentleman (if you can call him that) told me that they can’t deliver the order. I asked him why? He didn’t gave me a response he just said “are you picking it up or do you want to cancel? ”I asked him why? And he hung up the phone. This guy was RUDE. I will not order from this place never again.

Called to file a complaint and the gentleman on the phone stated that he was the manager but wouldn’t give me his name! Yet I could go in person and easily find out. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.they also give out personal information BUYERS BEWARE!

Took 2 hours to get 1 pizza and wings. And when it finally got here it was cold. Great job, today was my last time ordering

Called to check on my delivery and was told they were "closed" at 8: 25pm. They assured me the delivery was out, but was very condescending and rude (would not give name).

I was told they put a credit on my account due to delivery of an uncooked pizza. When I went to get another and use my credit they said I didnt have any and my info is not in the system. How is that when they deliver to me all the time. Liars and scammers. DONT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION

This place has the rudest MANAGER who is claiming to be the owner. Buyer beware bad food! OWNER DOESNT CARE! Purchased chicken that tasted bad I asked for a refund got a terrible man who argued and did nothing take your dollars else where please!

Ordered before they opened online and set delivery to 11am to avoid last minute store prep and lunch rush and got it right on time. Wings were pretty good though spicier than I expected or prefer but I did choose a spicy flavor so my own fault there. Pizza was amazing and just what I wanted. It's been a while since I had a good white sauce pizza and am very happy with what I got. The driver was very polite and smiled. Overall a really good experience.

This is the worst Pizza place and the rudest manager. Purchased pizza and some wings and the wings was uncooked and also the tomatoes and pepperoni tasted stale. Spoke to the manager right there immediately and he was extremely rude. If I can give this place ZERO stars I would. Don't waste your money and risk food poisoning at this place. Terrible food and it now makes sense because no one really goes there because it's not busy at all. If you want food poisoning, with a rude manager then go there and throw your money away. Definitely not a place I would recommend to my enemies.

Decent place, nice and clean. Restroom also clean. Got the pizza fast despite it being lunch time rush hour. Got the power lunch Pepsi and personal pan pizza for cheap. Every so often I would crave this style of pizza. There's a certain style that they make the pizza that makes them unique. I got a sense that the staff is overworked or short staff but they still got everything done. The only down side to short staff is that if they push hard sooner or the quality and service will suffer. Other than that the pizza was hot and cheesy and tasted great.

The store manager was very rude he answered the phone with an attitude I asked him how long is the wait he said normal time I said what time he said very rudely 20mins what do you want.the manager hung up in my face twice because I asked why is he being so rude to his customers. Horrible experience he needs to be fired.

Deserves a big fat ZERO stars. Ordered online and waited for 1 hr 20 minutes before calling the store only to be told that this store no longer delivers to our address. I have ordered from this location numerous times. Tracker shows that the pizza was being made yet nothing was actually being processed. They said they tried to call me and let me know but no call was placed. I have had my cell on me since I ordered. Done with you PH. Your crew failed miserably.

Was told it would be two hours for delivery so we went to pick it up.
And they gave us the wrong order.

I believe the owner of this store either doesn't care or doesn't know how his store is ran, they are so disrespectful that they will tell you they dont give a! %@&

For Pizza hut the chicken wings are the best last night we ordered pizza it was supposed to be handmade and they can send us flatbread but that's okay we still ate it

They were extremely rude to my mom We called 3 times just for them to hang up and when we asked to speak to a manager he caught an attitude and then said he wasn't going to argue with my mom then hung up. My mom and I called the district about pizza hut and launched a complaint.

The worst Pizza Hut ever, they double charged me for extra mushrooms and for the extra olives, I could understand it might be a mistake but the two guys where very rude and not even apologized.
Will never order from here again.
