Pizza Hut, Tampa FL

The people that work the front counter seem like they’re completely out of it. 0 customer service skills! Also, the place looks dirty. Won’t order from this location again.

I love Pizza Hut but this last order was the worst two pizza’s I’ve had in my life. First one burnt. The second one wasn’t fully cooked and it taste like plastic or freezer burn dough. I don’t know but it was gross. I couldn’t finish a slice. Thats how bad it was.

I think this store's staff must have lost their mental faculties to provide customer service so poor

The pizza was an hour to two late. When I called the store the employee who answered seemed out of it. Whether or not he was actually looking at my order since they never asked a name or number to verify. Pizza was good but the service was ridiculous.

Order said 25-35min, took 1hr20min. Everything ws cold. Breadsticks were raw, barely any toppings, gave wrong size pizza

The pizza is as close to perfect as pizza can be. And the staff met me with a smile and thanked ME for everything!? !?

Great in store service and by phone terrible APP orders getting to accept good cc or debit card NOT working impossible SAD. APP

The delivery person was very nice, he did not do contactless delivery like requested. Not a huge deal, but an inconvenience as we have a barking dog and sleeping baby and prefer not to have to deal with them both being riled up by the doorbell. But the main issue was the stuffed crust pizza was 1/10 quality. It tasted like days old pizza reheated. The ‘stuffed crust’ cheese was leaking out of the crust all over the pizza, my husband thought I had ordered ricotta cheese bc that’s what it looked like. The main crust was razor thin. I would hesitate to ever order Pizza Hut again… between delivery fees and tip this was a nearly $40 order for a really gross pizza. I will just get frozen next time, the quality is far far superior.

Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas with extra pepperoni. The pizza came bubbled up and disgusting looking. Whoever sliced this and let it out the door does not deserve a $15 minimum wage. Or a wage at all for that matter.

I don’t typically order from this location, I just happened to be nearby. I will ONLY order from here going forward. Wish they delivered to my area.

All food in the Triple Treat box was hot! There was a good amount of sauce on the pizzas. The Cinnabon rolls were really great.

Once again I am disappointed with the amount of toppings Pizza Hut puts on their pizzas. I have order a pizza from Pizza Hut and one from Marcos with the same ingredients ordered and compared the two. A big difference between the 2 two. I ordered the Detroit Pizza with pepperoni and hardly even tasted a pepperoni. I love Pizza Hut pizza and I have not ordered one in months because of the skimping on the items. Marcos has you guys beat with the amount of topping put on a pizza.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a drink. Well my pizza looked like someone bite into it in two slices. Wth. Then I called to talked to the person at the store and he hang up on me with an attitude then I called again and the first thing that comes out of his mouth was if I want a refund. Like he knew what had happened to it. Like who want to eat after anyone. I was feeding my family with it. And the bad part. I tip the driver a five dollar bill to drive four minute to deliver a pizza. Not good at all.

“Manager” was extremely rude and hung up on me while I was still asking questions while attempting to place my order.

Really enjoy the new Detroit style pizza! I ordered online through the app for a later time. My order came exactly when I wanted it to! Great job guys!
