Pizza Hut, Miami FL

3 hours and a half wait for a delivery 10mins away from my house. I asked for my pizza to remake my pizza bc i knew it was going to be disgusting, cold and wrong. Very disrespectful. I now hate pizza hut for this.

Over priced, unsatisfactory, I’ve been a Loyal customer and the food just keeps coming back worse and worse. This pizza hut needs to be closed down, they forgot my wings and messed up my pizza twice already, paid 50$ For a cold pizza and no wings. Never ordering from this pizza hut ever again. You guys lost a loyal customer.

Staff was very unpleasant and sad to say I can really see why most of them work here. No hopes or dreams just comfortable with doing nothing just to get by. Working for minimal wage while trying to be a high class a***ole, it doesn't work out. Maybe if y'all took your lives a little more serious than I'm sure you wouldn't be stuck here. The lady on the register and the weird long hair delivery guy need to be fired and replaced with teens/young adults that would take the job more serious than grown people who do a miserable job because they missed an opportunity to do better with their lives.

Its pizza hut. You know what to expect. This review is in regards to Pizza Hut a million dollar company asking if customer's would like to tip the cashier? That's just sad. I'd understand if the cashier was cooking the pizza with her bare hands in the oven but that's not the case. So please pay your employees better stop passing on the burden & anxiety of tipping on to your customers.

Love this Pizza Hut location. I’m surprised by all the bad reviews. Never have had a bad experience here. Keep up the good work guys

I made an order online. An hour later I called to check the status of my order. I was told it was canceled due to being outside of the range for delivery. However, they just delivered to me 2 weeks ago. Upon inquiring further the customer service personnel hung up on my significant other. We went to the store just to find out that they were incorrect with their mapping system. And they only gave me a credit towards the next time I order. They only did that due to the fact that they couldn’t see that I had already paid for my order online. Even after providing proof.as a person who works in customer service the professionalism of the representative I was on the phone with it was completely unacceptable. The manager of the store did apologize for his discrepancy. But the inconvenience of the whole matter was still unacceptable and unreliable. The store needs to work on their communication. Because everything could have been solved with a phone call from them not me reaching out to them after an hour.

They where experiencing a bad nite I think I never received my pizza had me thinking it was on the way but never came the next day they called me I know crazy huh well it'll be a while before I order from them again when it final came it was terrible

Lady up front was very rude and disrespectful & inattentive. I would understand if it were on a busy day but it is a tuesday afternoon. Please be more mindful with customers specifically because this is located on a touristic street. Thank you.

Accidentally ordered from this location. Immediately called to cancel order. Was hung up on several times. As well as my husband. Very rude. Horrible customer service!

DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION OF PIZZA HUT! It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered at 5: 55pm and I received a text message at 6: 20 pm says my order is on it’s way. After that, at 7: 20pm still my order was not delivered and I called them they said “my order is on it is way” It was 8: 00pm and my order was still didn’t arrive. I called them again to check and the person who answered the phone asked his manager and his manager aggressively yelled at him to tell me “ your order is canceled because you didn’t answered your phone” I literally heard this sentence he said in spanish. So I called the customer service to get a refund but it is pointless right now. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION OF PIZZA HUT!

I ordered from here and they charged me $31.23 for delivery just for them 2 never bring the food.then when I called back them MFers hang up n my face.did a complaint on them and they did a follow up call days later.still haven't got my money back or food
