This was the WORST Pizza Hut pizza I have EVER ate! It was not hot and topping were sparse and was very DRY. Y'all can do Better! Plus the sauce was sweet!

So I call and place my order, then they ask card or cash and make me hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and downloaded the app instead. I was hungry and not wanting to wait any longer. Two stars only because last time the delivered they got here in 20 minutes. Don't make hungry people wait.

Great Pizza as always. Amazing staff. Honestly, If I have same price as Dominos and PizzaHut, I would go to PizzaHut for the quality of their product. It is super awesome experience

I’m aware that you have a cook named Darian… amazing job, I’m astonished by how serious he takes his job and honestly I couldn’t ask for anything better. Darian seems to actually care about the food that he is making for people, Darian is also the sweetest person you could ask for. When I order from a place like Pizza Hut I expect nothing less than McDonald’s honesty, but the way Darian makes everything is amazing. 10/10 costumer service from Darian and this pizza hut.

If you want your food delivered on time and courteous staff don’t order from this location. My order never arrived and when I called the store to see what happened the young lady who answered hung up on me and I ended up going to the store to get my order refunded which I still haven’t received. The manager seemed as if he could not control her or maybe he just didn’t want to. Either way bad for business.

7331 NW 4th Blvd, Gainesville, FL 32607. Would give zero stars if possible. Pizza was extremely greasy, didn't get part of my order so I called the store and was hung up on by the first person, then put on hold for over an hour and a half. Driver didn't offer my change instead just decided it was for him, jumped in his car and took off, called him five times and sent a text message in regards to missing item, no response. Worst customer service all around from the driver to the store associates ever in my life Never received my missing items nor any help. Was kept on hold and repeatedly ignored until they closed and still never received my missing items! This is inexcusable they've definitely lost a customer

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from any Pizza Hut. First of all, they don’t answer the phone, so you have to order online. When I arrived in-store, the cashier was rude and barely acknowledged my existence. My order wasn’t ready when I got there, so I waited. After another 10 minutes I asked someone about my order, and it was sitting in the warmer for who knows how long. The food was fine though. It’s just the terrible customer service that needs a complete overhaul.

If you call you connect to what I assume is a call center who takes your info and then transfers you the the location- which doesn't pick up. Was on hold for more than 20 minutes. Literally drove to the location, ordered my, ordered my pizza and stepped outside to wait before they answered the phone. The pizza was usual Pizza Hut pizza but the service was lacking. I prefer Pizza Hut pizza but will go back to Five Star based on service.

Ordered though app at 5pm, was told it was out for delivery at 5: 40pm, it's 6: 50pm now and I called 30min ago they told me it just got out for delivery. I live 15min away there is no reason for driver to take +30min

Update: I never got the food.

A friend of mine ordered last week and was sick afterwards. I looked past it and thought it could have been a combo of something else. I only ate a personal pan pizza, however, I’ve been sick all night and cannot even bring myself out of the bathroom. I will never again be eating at this location. Disgusting.

Absolute crooks. I should have read the reviews. Ordered 20 pizzas (~$275) for delivery wayyy ahead of time for my little girl’s birthday party (spoiler: they arrived all soggy, 90+ min late, and wouldn’t let us refuse the delivery). On the day of, I stood outside to await the driver. I regret missing my little girl’s party doing this. Fifteen minutes late, I have a small crowd out with me while I call the store. I let it ring and ring (never hanging up. I just let it ring). Thirty minutes late, I had someone race to Publix to get a bunch of emergency food for our guests ($$$$). Forty minutes late, we used another phone to call another Pizza Hut to ask for advice. Nothing they could do so we stayed on the phone with the original store. Fifty minutes late, still waiting for someone to pick up their phone, I had my sister drive to that physical store to see if anyone was there.

An hour late (and before my sister could make it to their store), someone finally answers their phone (mind you, we let it ring and ring until they picked up). “Oh sorry.we went to the address and no one was there”. Wrong. I was standing outside waiting in clear view of the road (see video). They said they would deliver it again. By the time they arrived, over half our guests had left. I told the delivery driver this and his response was just “F*CK”. I told him we only needed less than half the pizzas and didn’t need the rest. He insisted we keep them all as it was “what he would have done” implying they would just throw it away anyway.

Here’s where it gets interesting. When I call in to complain the next day, their response was “we can give you a store credit for three pizzas”. What? Not acceptable. Ultimately, they refused to do much else about it. The area manager, “Brian” said that bc we didn’t refuse the pizzas (remember, the driver wouldn’t let us refuse?), that they will not refund anything. In other words: WE scammed THEM by accepting the pizzas and now asking for compensation proves that. This behavior is completely acceptable. To them, the “sogginess” and 90 min late were irrelevant. They didn’t care that over half our guests left and that we had to pay for other food to feed our guests. And that it was my fault for missing my little girl’s party.

We are considering legal action.

Terrible service. I pre-ordered my pizza before the store opened and they still managed to deliver my pizza 30 min late. I had a similar experience with Domino's and they called me ahead of time to let me know and gave me a free pizza. NOTHING from Pizza Hut. I tried calling 10 times AFTER my pizza should have been delivered and was on hold for 10 min before I hung up and tried again. The management needs to get up and deliver the pizzas if they are going to abuse the already underpaid and overworked employees by not properly staffing the store. Definitely a management issue.

Called to order delivery. They picked up the phone answer “pick up or delivery” we said we would like to order delivery.

We were informed there would be “really long wait time for delivery” we were fine with this because of our evening plans and were ordering early in the evening.

The female employee then rudely asked us how we expect her to get us the pizza they don’t even have a driver right now. (Not sure how we would know this or why she would originally ask if we wanted delivery or pizza).

This is not the first time we’ve had an incident like this at this location. But this was the last chance we gave it and will be ordering 5 star right across the road from now on.

Hoping management starts recording phone calls.

Pizza took over an hour 20 mins just to get there. (we live 10 mins up the road). So We called up there to see if there was an issue with our order, at first they put us on hold where we then waited 10 mins with no answer. I then waited a bit and tried to call back and one of the employees answered the phone then instantly HUNG UP in my face. Lol don’t waste ur time.

I’m from Pensacola and this Pizza Hut is way better than ours. Food was hot, fresh, and ready in 15 min. Team members were really nice ️

Hurricane is hitting Florida today and tomorrow. My wife is in the hospital and I needed good food to carry me through in case of power outage. Pizza is great from the refrigerator or at room temperature and can be breakfast, lunch and dinner.
