Unfortunately their app nor website would let us complete an order on 3 different phones with 3 different people trying. (Definitely their problem) We then called the store and told them what was going on and they wouldn’t help at all.
Ordering from Poppa John’s no problem there!

I had one of the worst experiences with the delivery driver and the store manager. First off, I placed an order the delivery driver gets here. Sits outside for five minutes calls me tells me to go outside of the leasing office where I work to pick up my order I tell him he needs to be delivered inside. He gets an attitude comes and gets it another attitude with me And then walks to the door and asks if I work for tips and then walks out. Then I called the store and the manager just set the phone down without putting me on hold and doesn’t pick the phone up.

Nice women in back working although I knew they were busy they still took to talk n entertain a almost 2yr when she began to fuss and she actually did eat her meal.

Cinnamon rolls are good. Pizza’s all right not my favorite in town, but good value for the money.

We recently tried the new "Melts" at our local Pizza Hut. They were delicious! You get two per order us dipping sauce. The crust was thin and crunchy and full of cheese and meat. They come in 4 or 5 different combinations. We also ordered an order of bread sticks. They were as we had remembered, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle! We had not ordered from Pizza Hut in several years. We'll be back again soon!

I ordered a stuffed crust, pepperoni, sausage and pineapple. Light sauce.
Sooooo good.
Highly recommend.

Literally the best pizza I ever ate! Soooo good. Baked to perfection. Buttery stuffed crust, pepperoni, pineapple and sausage. Perfect.

Love my local Pizza Hut in St Augustine, FL. My food is always ready on time, and is nice and hot. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I have a question. I prefer it over the other available pizza and wing options. Highly recommend them. Especially for lunch.

Considering the team or lack thereof because they were short-handed they did a great job at getting orders prepared and out as efficiently as possible. Our order was accurate and tasted great! It was Dec 31st 2022 to beat all!

The staff was friendly and the service was prompt.
But the pizza was just different, not bad but it seems a different recipe or something.
Plus I really miss the atmosphere of the old sit down restaurant.

We ordered ham and mushrooms and they gave us ham and pineapple. We didn't realize till we got home, and when we rang they left us waiting for over 5 minutes and I had to ring them back and forth for them to not out us on hold. They wanted me to drive out to get a replacement, they wouldn't refund their defunct product. The person on the phone offered to out of pocket refund it if I drove out, at that point I gave up as I didn't want to take an individual worker's money. I didn't want to drive out again, why should I for their mistake? I will not be going back to this Pizza Hut.

Got a 3 topping pizza. Pepperoni, sausage, and onion. To me this is not distributed well and doesn’t look good. I asked why this is so little toppings and she said I had 3 toppings? Ok but I paid for them so why skimp me? I’ve been here before but the last 3 times haven’t been good but usually it’s good.

This was my "go to" pizza place until yesterday.pie was uncooked on bottom and burned on top. "scimpy" amt of sauce and toppings (ordered "extra" meat). 1 more chance then moving on

This pizza is outstanding! The crust is so delicious and flavor able; not just a foundation for the toppings! The vegetables and meats are never dried up, but fresh and juicy! The bone-in wings are so good, and I enjoy them without sauce, which is a test of just how well they are prepared even before they would be coated in sauce of choice! The staff is very helpful and friendly as well as the delivery drivers! Great experience in all areas!

Sweet staff. Pizza was okay. I only gave 4 stars because the chocolate chip cookie gave us horrible heartburn. That cookie was horrible. Didn't taste real.

The tracker says the pizza is on the way and it has been 15 minutes and it’s 7 minutes down the road. Pizza is always cold when I get it.

This place is the worst. Terrible service. Everyone who works there has this elitist attitude like your "just a customer" and who cares if your order is wrong

Food was well prepared and done fast. The people inside of inside of this Pizza Hut were very kind and I felt very genuine genuine.
