Pizza Hut, Homestead FL

Aside from the overly soft spoken gentleman at the counter taking orders, and the lack of sauce on the chicken.it was a pleasant experience. The pizza tasted fresh, the chicken was good the bread sticks were PERFECT. Over all very pleased and will be ordering again!

Called for an order.went to go pick it up 15 minutes later and they got most of my order wrong.ordered half cheese and half pepperoni with green peppers and they only put pepperoni.i also ordered 6 chicken wings and they gave me 8.the cashier asked for my name but couldn’t find it because the person on the phone didn’t ask, and they both told me different prices.it was a disaster.never coming back.

Hit or miss. We went not long ago and the pizza was not great, it was burnt and dry. The other pizza was made wrong and they said I would have to wait behind all the other orders for them to remake the one that was wrong. The reasoning was all of the orders are made together, which I could have understood if I wasn’t there waiting for 20 minutes for one of my pizzas while the other four were done 10 minutes prior to that. I left with one cold incorrect pizza, two burnt/dry/cold pizzas and one good fresh pizza. I’ve gone other times and everything was perfect.

Had a pickup order the food was really good! My only other comment would be the lack of lights for the parking area and by the door.

The best place to order pizza from with Delivery options. Faster then all other competitors

This location is pretty much one of the best locations I have gone to in a while for the simple fact that the customer service is phenomenal no matter if they’re on the phone they always greet me and I also love that they finally re-opened the inside for dining

Loved the fact that I could walk in be acknowledged and walk right back out. In and out situation with all my order correct and hot. Some apps tell you the food is ready for pick-up and it's not. Not only that but the food taste so good. We had a great Super Bowl! Thank you Pizza Hut!

Save your money and order from another company. This location is by far the worst one ever. I made an online order and it said my food would arrive in 35 minutes. It’s been over an hour and nothing. I called the store and they keep placing me on hold. Another person picked up and told me I’d have to wait 30 more minutes and placed me on hold again….

Pizza is normally good here. Today had a bad experience. Possibly need to pick up from now on.

Love this restaurant. Its the only place left that reminds me of childhood memories. Thanks to Covid the Pacman machine was removed and now there is no salad bar and you have to pick up your order and take it to your table if you want to eat in. But the quality of fresh baked pizza is still the best.

The food as usual was over cooked dry (pasta) - the bread sticks as well- staff is nice as well as the driver- BUT the food not worth the 30 spent! I have to many other choices to waste my money in an establishment that shows no improvement.

I ORDERED THIS PAST FRIDAY NIGHT (9-16-2022,8: 56 PM) AT THIS HOMESTEAD PIZZA HUT AND THE 2 MEDIUM PIES WERE DISGUSTING. I WAS BLOWN AWAY BEING THAT I ORDER PIZZA HUT ALL THE TIME IN PHILADEPHIA. THE CHICKEN WAS SMALL AND BURNT, ESPECIALLY THE ITALIAN SAUSAGE. I COULD OF BOUGHT A FROZEN PIZZA AND IT WOULD OF BEEN BETTER THAN WHAT I GOT FROM THIS HOMESTEAD, FLORIDA PIZZA LOCATION. FURTHERMORE, NO GENUINE PROMOTIONS OR SPECIALS AT A COST EFFICENT RATE ON THEIR WEBSITE. SHAME ON THE MANAGER FOR NOT MICROMANAGING EFFECTIVELY. I LOST 39 BUCKS I GUESS. GOD BLESS.
