Sauce was different. Maybe justto much of it.

3/3/23 - waited 47 minutes after my pickup time to finally be given my order.

About the same as every Pizza Hut. We ordered the pepperoni lovers pizza. It had just a few pepperonis on it. I can't img what a regular pepperoni pizza looks like. One pepperoni per slice?

I love this location bc of Russ. Russ is the best! He gave me Fabulous customer service. Thank you so much Russ.

Ordered online, food was ready when we arrived. Almost couldnt find the place as its a very small addition to the large building of other stores. We got the new Melt's and they were amazing!

Great service and very friendly employees. I usually get personal pan pizzas and they are terrific.

We ordered the Triple Treat Box with 2 specialty pizzas for pickup. As soon as we opened the boxes, we noticed an odd smell-turns out it was rancid black olives. And, it went downhill from there. Pizzas was bland and cinnamon rolls were chewy. Best thing were the bread sticks. Seems like Pizza Hut has cut too many corners.

We always order from this location, and this was the worst experience we have had. We waited over an hour and 45 minutes and when I called to see what was going on, the person said that there was no order under our name. He then gave the phone to who I assume was the manager, and he again told me that there was no name and then proceeded to tell me that he called the wrong number 3x and left a voicemail and then canceled our order because there was “no gate or apt #” and I am almost certain that we provided that Information. He was extremely rude with his tone of voice, I asked my boyfriend if we were gonna continue with the order and the manger said “it’s canceled” and I laughed and said this is inconvenient, and said thank you, bye. I worked in customer service for 12+ years. This is not how you continue a relationship with a customer. This did not have to be a rude conversation but he clearly didn’t want to serve us, and that’s a shame.

Not sure who was making the pizza around 6pm this last Saturday. But you just won pizza hut back onto the family menu. It was amazing, perfectly cooked and beat out anything we have been getting from dominos since moving to Florida. We will be back.

The store is at temporary hours but Marcel the manger is soo much better than the older lady that was running the store. He looks understaffed but still takes care of his guests all by himself. Hopefully they get more people in there. Food was great and fresh! Wish they didn't charge for cheese or pepper. Use to be free for the packets.

Called to get pizza they told me my address didn't exist, I gave it to him 3 times we are just around the corner 1.3 miles. Siad I would order from Uber eats and he said go ahead and try. I have bought pizza from this store several time, but not again. 6: 23 pm on June 9th. Very rude

Usually the food is good to great.
Recently it has been poor. I think it is understaffed and suffering the way many restaurants are.

Had a medium pepperoni pizza here today with hand tossed crust and it was delicious. The staff were also very friendly. Only thing disappointing about it was its take out only!

The pizza could have been ready a bit sooner, but it was worth the wait! It was delicious!

My pizza was cold, the crust was made out of cardboard, and overall tasteless. Make better food delivered hot.

My breadsticks were burnt. I added extra cheese to my pizza and there definitely was not extra cheese on it. I love pizza hut but this was one of the worst I have ever had.

Customer service was awful. Ended up leaving without part of order as it was over an hour late and no one could provided info about when it would be finished. Manager refused to offer refund for missing items.

Was pretty quick for a Friday night. It was still hot from the oven and it was made great.

So sorry this one is the closest to my house. We ordered online after a looong day and we expected pizza perfection as always. This time pizza was super overcooked. Thin crust was extra crunchy (not able to eat). Breadsticks were dry and flavorless. And we only arrived 4 minutes after the suggested time.

I never have any issues when I visit this Pizza Hut and I always get the kind of pizza I expect. But they do tend to be a little more expensive than some of the other pizza places so that's why I knocked off one of the Stars.otherwise, like I said no complaints and the pizza is just fine and dandy.)
