Pizza Hut, Ocala FL

We've ordered from this SS Blvd location many times & they are always very prompt. This time, they were just a couple minutes late. Even though we didn't even notice that they were barely late, they gave us a coupon for a free large pizza. Wow, don't expect this from a chain company, but I was pleasantly surprised!

Moved here feom South Carolina last year, end of 3/2022.
We are a Pizza Hut Family but UNFORTUNATELY the Silver Springs location Needs to be closed b6 the Food Department/Franchise owner ASAP!
I figured if I select another location versus silver springs they'd deliver to me, WRONG! The call center emplotee could barely speak english, was rude, in a rush to get off the phone! Charged me an ctra dollar because I didn't want cinnamon stick! I paid over $32.00 for a dinner box, $18.99 and a 2 liter of Pepsi. It arrived Cold, barely any cheese on half the pizza, garlic sticks looked like a flat piece of bread with some green sprinkles and cinnamon sticks were all over the pizza box!

Price for large cheese and 1 extra ingredient was excellent (7.99). As soon as we arrived it was put in the box, hot. It was very good.

I didn’t get the delivery guys name but he drives a cool red jeep, he was the kindest delivery driver ever! For some reason with him delivering it vs carrying out the pizza tasted 10x better! My favorite Pizza Hut is here!

Contact free means leave order at the door. NOT KEEP KNOCKING FOR 15 min. Then leave without leaving food that was paid for. Good grief

Great delivery of hot and fresh food, which is mostly hit or miss in Ocala. Driver was super friendly and engaging. Love the new Melts! Delicious

Friendly service, good tried the new pizza melt and is my new favorite. I got the pepperoni an cheese, an my husband got the meat lovers, both were good I just wish they weren't quite so crispy.the people were friendly like always an always with a smile.

I used my rewards to get cheese sticks and I never got them. This is actually the second time its happened. Also, our dinner box pizza is way over cooked. The cheese is brown and hard. What happened tonight? Seems to be a trend in ocala lately.

Cascades Pizza Hut is good but I miss the Silver Springs location. We have family that doesn't eat meat but loves the pasta and the Cascades location refuses to serve pasta without the meat. Seriously? Pasta lovers don't have to have meat! Pizza is great and all but come on.

Driver had a bad attitude. Can be seen on my ring camera cursing because no one open the door in the first 34 seconds after ringing.

We always go here to pick up our pizzas. Last time they were dry no sauce. Usually good so I will give them 5 stars since we go a few times a month. But please use more sauce! First pizza we ever had no sauce only pepperoni and cheese.

I order frequently for home, the ER, and much other places I happen to be. I love Pizza Huts. This particular Pizza Hut is above and beyond. The delivery is always hot, fresh, and fast. Regardless of the time I order on weekdays or weekends, I always have received hot, fresh, and fast with a touch of delivery class. A simple thank you for your business is so nice to hear anymore. We are always treated well. I look forward to ordering again soon.

Long wait times for delivery and both times the pizza came cold and the toppings were really skimpy.
I'll not be throwing away any more money on this place.

Very unprofessional employees fighting each other with customers in the building and then handed us COLD BREAD STICKS not even cooked after the fact we ordered them online then ordered a box deal when we got there.we got our pizza box BEFORE breadsticks we ordered online then they was handed to us COLD tighten up pizza hut crew

I gave you guys a 5 because the cashier was extra nice even though I was being picky as always and me working for yum brand for almost 20 years I know how hard it can be dealing with picky customers so she did a very good job 6/30 @10: 30 pm

My friend came to visit and she spent $80. She was not able to eat the pizza she chose because it was burnt. She had to eat other items that were ordered.

Ordered online. Even called 5 seconds after to verify my address. Charged $20. Than said he tried calling after 35mins because it didn’t go through. Scam artist.

The Edge was back and I went there. To the Edge. I risked the on line order and was not disappointed. Hot pie handed to me seconds from entering the store. With a smile, a thank you and ENJOY! Dang; I wish it could be like that when ordering online @ other places. The only advice I would give Pizza Hut is to seal the box better. Driving home I ate two pieces and had to tell mom the store made me try them before leaving to be sure I was satisfied. Of course she believed me but maybe give the option to pick up the Ultra Seal Carryout that will not allow you to breach the pizza lid for fifteen minutes after pick up. Great idea yes? Wait.
On second thought, no.
Don't do that.
I'll make up another story next time.

Same good pizza as always. Easy curbside pickup for my online order. My only complaint is that on my last order, I asked for olives on half of a large pie & it was loaded with them. Almost completely covering the top layer, that was just too much. Otherwise, a good experience and friendly staff. Next time. I'll specify "light".
