Pizza was ready at time promised and hot. Employees are always friendly and polite, i love the customer service they give.

The pizza is very good and also the Cookie nice size of the cookie the pizza is very nice also I literally don't have anything to complain about, thank you @pizzahut for your service

My Pizza was so overcooked & dry, Hard as a rock. I tried several time to call & complain but no one would answer so I gave up. Ordered from here all the time, I was so disappointed

This was my first time ordering delivery from this location and will most certainly be my last MY FOOD NEVER CAME EVER after receiving confirmation of order and the link to track my order the tracking meter never moved past preparing your order EVER, I tried to called the store several times with no answer from anyone like how can this location even still be open with such poor service. All I wanted to do was eat and sleep after driving across state for 13hrs SMH, I’ll never order from the military store again

I sat for 30 minutes for a pizza that looked like it was cooked too long, and then just thrown together. If it wasn’t so late, and had I not been so tired, I would’ve taken it right back and gotten All Of My $ Back!

Won't go here again, gave them another chance they just keep messing up orders. This time I just got a full refund and told them wont come back. Bad manament, they really need to shape up here.

Bad customer service I called they had me waiting A girl answer the phone but she told me to wait never replied back, back service to much lazy people and really bad manager too

**UPDATE**09/24/2018 Decided to give another try haitian manager hes not agood representator for pizzahut he's not professional cannot make a pizza I'm never going back to any pizzahut FoodFwasnt hot toppings seem like thrown on pizza after baked tried to include pictures

Pants hanging down on employees delivery guy hanging around smoking cigs then change clothes in the lobby so he can make a delivery NOT TO MENTION ANOTHER DELIVERY GUY FINISHING UP HIS JOINT OF LOUD BEFORE MAKING HIS DELIVERY dirty as hell 30 min wait after pre ordered and still messed the pizza up THIS IS THE DIRTIEST PIZZA HUT I BEEN IN IN A LONG TIME. SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN

It’s good but they working that elderly lady too hard in the back bro, it’s messed up she should be at the register or something else my poor heart couldn’t take it so I waited outside

I called this location three times between 10-11pm to place a large Togo order and no one ever answered the phone. I’ll never try to order from this store again.:/

You cannot call them, they have a call center calls are directed to. Placed order for pickup, meant to order delivery. Simple phone call would fix that, right? Not quite with this incompetent company.

Option 1 - Place a new order (call center answers every time)
Option 2 - edit your existing order (no one answers call disconnects.
Option 3 - concern about your Oder or experience (no one answers, call disconnects)

Every time I spoke to a rep on option one they would transfer me to store, no answer call disconnected. Then they went to transfer me to manager, no answer call disconnects.

This is the worst phone system in existence.

We order our food and received it almost 2 hours later cold. Had to put it in the microwave and didn't have out cheese sticks with the order. While waiting we tried to call to see where our food was. It's impossible to get through to anyone and would be on hold or get disconnected if the phone was ever answered. Now that I'm trying to complain and get credit for food not received the phones just keep ringing. No answer. Worse service ever!

They didn't cooked my pizza very well and after I ordered online 25 mins before I had to wait around 20 more mins at the store.

I ve ordered from here twice. Usually can not find my address I believe I am at the edge of their delivery area and have been told they don't deliver to me. After using the app they have no choice but to deliver since the computer does it for them. Their pan pizzas are actually good. My mom still likes them since they have that stuffed crust. Not a fan personally. Hope u guys cld fix the area situation. In the mean time I keep calling the competition since they offer the same deals more or less

Spoke with Penny that took my order over the phone. Told her what time I would like my pizza. Got there and was greeted by Bernaca. Keep up the good work. She was pleasant. Smile a lil though. Pizza and wings were hot, tasty and fresh. Thanks Penny and Bernaca:)

I ordered my pizza and had to wake 1 hour and 30 minutes because the drive was not there to do delivery I don't recommend this place

I'm a regular to this location and we have had almost no problems. The best way to insure your order is correct is to place it online.
