Pizza Hut, Jacksonville FL

Unfortunately this is the second time that my order was incorrect. This time I couldn't get a member on the phone to inform them of the discrepancy.

Ordered Meat lovers and Buffalo Chicken melts. Only received 2 Buffalo Chicken and NO dipping sauce.

Inside is always clean and good always hot. Orders can get backed up sometimes but that’s at any chain pizza restaurant

The door dash driver was fashionably late food received code Cinnabons were burned not acceptable

We ordered a medium pizza. I checked off Italian sausage, onions, mushrooms, green peppers. I asked the green peppers to be cooked well done. They weren’t. I asked for extra sauce, there wasn’t. I didn’t ask for pepperoni. There was. We called the restaurant and no one ever picked up the phone after an hour of waiting. I’ve had gastric surgery and I need things to be moist, hence I need more sauce. And I can’t digest raw green pepper so I picked that off. And I picked off the pepperoni. And I’ll never order from them again.

Wait for a pizza for over an hour for them to make the entire pizza with no sauce. Decided to throw on topping and cook it plain….

Ordered a chicken supreme pizza through the Pizza Hut app. Picked up the pizza and returned home to find no chicken on my chicken supreme pizza. Drove back to 3035 Dunn Ave to voice my complaint. I was told by the staff they were out of chicken and they made the pizza anyway. The staff is young and unprofessional. They need to fire the whole staff at this location starting with the General Manager.

Was a little disappointed, cause first the young lady wasn't very friendly or smiling to make you feel welcoming. My pizza was okay.

Called 4 times in 8/19/22 around 10 pm. Was told I was going to be placed on hold then immediately hung up on each time. If y’all short staffed or don’t feel like making pizzas maybe just say that instead of being weird.

It was about 8pm and my husband and I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, waited about 1.5 hours and then got a text message saying it was on its way! About 30 minutes we called Pizza Hut (because we live about 6 miles away, so not far) to ask where they were bc we def should’ve gotten it already based on the text. They said the delivery guy came back bc he called my number a few times and no one answered. I didn’t get any calls and I did put in the correct phone number hence the texts from pizza hut. They said it would be another 30 minutes until he was going out again. We canceled our order.

I ordered 2 medium one topping. Pepperoni and sausage. The Pepperoni was slim to none and no sausage just cheese on it. Cashier told me it would be another 20 minute wait. I chose to not wait and didn't take any of the pizzas. I was very disappointed due to the order was incorrect and I had to wait another 20 minutes for my food to eat and they didn't try to offer anything for my time.

Came inside the store to order a pizza got home to see my order had been made wrong call back to get it replaced and asked for it to be cooked well done, and still was not cooked to order, had to put it in the oven at home

They delivered my pizza and it looked like the box flipped over before it got here all the toppings mixed up or on the top of the box

Had a horrible experience we didn’t get our delivery until 3 hours later. I called multiple times was told they would make it fresh. When it finally arrive from DoorDash because their delivery person could not deliver it was cold no cheese on the cheese pizza no wings everything was horrible they need to be shut down asap. I will be contacting corporate.

I ordered a big dinner box with bone in wings and a pack of four Pepsi products yesterday around 5: 30. The driver came and dropped it off with my son. When I looked, there were two individual pizza boxes, a box for breadsticks and four sodas. No wings. I called the store and the first two times I held, the accidentally hung up when they answered. I held again for a long time. The girl answered and the manager told her to send them out at no charge. I got a notification about Doordash and to call the driver. I called and she said my order was $15 and she would need to collect that from me. She was at the store but refused to ask the girl at the pizza hut about the charges. Door dash cancelled my order. I held for over 20 minutes for pizza hut. My son called while I was calling and the girl said my wings were on the way. This was around 8 p.m. They never came. I paid extra for the wings big dinner box and $3.00 more to get bone in wings and I never got them. The store wouldn't give me the time of day. I spent over an hour holding. That was a nightmare and made me so mad. I never did get what I ordered. I want a refund.

I never got my order just shut the store down! I was told my food was given to Door Dash to deliver smdh

Food was not made correctly and the food was cold will never go back to this pizza hut again
